The entire United States military is going to be deployed in every single town and city in the continental United States. Army, Marines, and special forces are going to be kicking down doors and forcibly confiscating weapons, and taking certain individuals away to secret prisons who are on a "pickup list."

The streets of America are going to be exactly identical to military-occupied and war-torn Baghdad in 2003, with the general American public as the enemy who needs to be fought and suppressed. Total martial law along with the complete federalization/militarization of local/county/state government and law enforcement.

Also, absolutely no one will be allowed to own firearms of any kind, and troops are on standby to break into your house and take them from you.
