I'll contribute a title idea:

A.P. (Anne Pauline Réage), our heroine, reluctantly leaves an unsatisfying 'vanilla' relationship to become the live-in slave of J.J. (Jean-Jacques Pervert). With X referring to both her ex-life and the padded cross of Saint Andrew that she is consistently bound to.
