In a future time, all children are born through artificial insemination. Women enter a lottery to try to win the nest sperm - from great athletes, or brilliant scientists...

Maybe there's a couple so in love that they accidentally create a naturally inseminated child?

Or is it about a guy who donates his sperm and is obsessed with finding his child?

Or ....???

I'd take this title in another direction. It's a normal money lottery, where people buy tickets with numbers hoping to win a fortune. But instead of ping pong balls in a big drum, they have seven guys standing around a big mat with numbers on it, jacking off. Whichever numbers get globs of sperm shot onto them, those are the winning numbers.

You could focus on the admission procedure for the guys who want the job of wanking. Since it's done on live TV, they have to have nice looking cocks, good techniques, and good strong jolts. And no camera-shyness!
