I have been thinking about this whole situtaion long and hard (make the lit pun there is you want). In the DC area, we are safe. tehy can't get us. I aplaud the link put up that explains the effectiveness of various gasses. at any rate the washington area is about to be and has been in the middle of some real weather. I mean that the prevailing winds are so strong right now that anything released would blow away before it will get to us. I think this will apply in many othe parts of the country that are considered targets. just take that into thought tonight.
