When your son gets better maybe you should take him to an allergy specialist to see if they could do allergy tests on your son to see what he is allergic to and it can determine quite specifically what they are and how allergic he is.
Kevin, I e-mailed you and will await for your response; hopefully I can contact my friend so he can talk to someone about the outlying areas, the communities outside of these main cities and towns.
As for everyone else, I smile to know everyone is here under the Tree sharing, hugging and providing support to others. We are what we locals call an "ohana" (which means family) that cares with our hearts. I rarely visit here or any thread lately because I'm staying in bed and not up and about or sitting that much and obeying the surgeon and doctor's orders and it's more comfortable lately since my loving, caring, wonderful man installed an a/c in our bedroom. I miss being here and wish I could be here on a daily basis but if I want to heal and get better I have to be good, take my meds like I'm suppose to and stay in bed so...when I get the chance and feel strong enough to sit up long enough I shall slowly walk towards the Tree and join everyone in the shade and enjoy the warmth of companionship, friendship and unspoken love.
Take care and aloha...to all those who have suffered and is suffering due to the wrath of Mother Nature and Hurricane Katrina I am praying extra prayers and asking others to light candles as well as having a special prayer during services and masses for the safety and well-being of the people and the volunteers.
If I could ask everyone to take a minute when you are alone to take a deep breath, close your eyes, say a special prayer, think of those who are suffering and have suffered and most of all for relief, food, water and to be rescued.

Good God woman you have things that I can only wish for.
Love and well wishes, prayers everyday from us who know and love you. More from those here who just know you indirectly. Yanno, sometimes you have to stop and make yourself take a deep breath, look around and be gratefull for what we have. Many are so lost and worse off.
I know that doesn't pay the bills or lessen the pain, knee's dropping out from under you. BUT....if we don't keep the faith, what is there?

Another thought - something has been waking me about 3 am. not sure why so i take the time to pray - for all the things i am dealing with - the 2 kids that are going to be hurt in this, my friends here at Lit (you included) and others in my life.

I see many of you are here to support one another which is what this thread is all about.
Jazey, hon I know life can suck at times. And if I had tons of money you know you would have it. You know that if any of us on this thread could take your pain away, we would do it.
But there is one who said he would never leave you or forsake you, and that even though this life sucks, he said he overcame it all. We can all say, lean on us, and all of us here will allow you to do that... but there is One who is waiting for you to lean on Him.... and his shoulders are very broad.
Just know that you are loved, you are needed and you are very dear to all of us...
Just hang on hon, it will change.... Just listen to those cds and listen to the words...
