A really good chicken salad sandwich...

nothing terribly funky ...some sprouts maybe...maybe some diced cashew nuts...

with tomato

and that ruffly lettuce

on a 12 grain bread

with a dill pickle


(I haven't had lunch yet and I am starving!)

Strangely, Boston Chicken has a really good chicken salad sandwich.

At least it did the one time I ate there.

Funny, I just bought a roasted chicken today from the grocery. My oven is dead, and it's too hot to roast my own anyway, but I had a taste for my chicken salad. I make it with a little bit of curry in it, mayo mustard, garlic, onions, and a bazillion other things that I can't remember unless I am actually making it right then and there.

Yum.
