She came out years ago. This is a flashlight on a serious actress mentioning Honey Boo Boo within her speech, making others cry about her motherly comments and while I copied Kyle's thread title about Tom Selleck and his science, I have to wonder why she didn't just accept the award and then say, once again, I'm gay and owe this award to my mother and partner.

The non kissing at the table didn't surprise me, I suppose. It wasn't an award that was shocking to her or her family. It was determined, planned. I wondered if she rehearsed it in front of the mirror. Bringing God into her speech would have been dumb as she has said something of the sort that she doesn't believe or God holds no place in her life. The mother/dementia part had me teary.

So the award itself wasn't shocking to her yet she didn't trust another person to practice her speech with before it all. No wonder she claimed to be so LONELY despite a net worth of over 100 million dollars.
