Ex-NSA analyst: Intel sources say White House ‘targeting journalists’ with ‘help from Russian intel’

Former NSA analyst John Schindler, who now is a national security columnist for the Observer, reported on Tuesday that his sources in the intelligence community believe that President Donald Trump’s White House is colluding with Russian intelligence to “target journalists.”

In a tweet on Tuesday, Schindler revealed: “Learned fm very reliable IC sources that Trump WH, w/help fm Russian intel, is targeting US journalists.”

“The fake news doesn’t tell the truth,” Trump told a group of conservatives last month. “It doesn’t represent the people, it doesn’t and never will represent the people, and we’re going to do something about it.”

Turns out there's a dossier released February 11 that alleged that the Trump campaign actually did a deal of no action on Ukraine in exchange for leaks of DNC emails via Wikileaks.

Let me restate that. Trump traded foreign policy of United States and sided with Russia -- for political ratfking of Democratic Party.

And now there's more and more proof that it's true.

So it was not the Trump Campaign that did a Q-Q with the Russians, but the Donald himself!

Oh my god this whole election was stolen by the Russians. And the Republican Congress will do nothing. There is only one way to punish all of them.

What's even more interesting was the original Business Insider story where it says Trump campaign officials watered-down the original wording of an amendment on Ukraine. Instead of saying the U.S. would provide Ukraine with lethal defensive weapons to fend of Russian's attacks, the U.S. would provide appropriate assistance to Ukraine.

Needless to say, one of Trump's campaign cabal denied anyone from the campaign did any such thing, but someone on the committee who was there said this change didn't come from the RNC staffers so the only ones left were Trump staffers.

The investigation into the Trump server and Alfa Bank of Russia is still under way, sources in the FBI have said. While not saying anything illegal was done, the frequency of contacts by Alfa Bank to the Trump server, which represented 80% of all lookups to that server, has certainly raised questions.

Even better, the people who say there is a legitimate and innocuous reasons for this traffic have given conflicting reasons. On one hand Alfa Bank says the communication may have been the result of spam marketing.

However, neither Alfa Bank nor the security firm they hired, Mandiant, could find any evidence of such spamming.

Even more interesting is Cendyn, who did at one time provide marketing services for the Trump organization, said they may have repurposed the server and a client may have been sending email to Alfa Bank. Alfa Bank responded with, nuh uh. We never did business with you.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Sunday that Russia is being demonized, and that it was impossible for his country to have interfered with the 2016 election, despite US claims.

Peskov, who has been a spokesman and top aide to Vladimir Putin for almost two decades, told CNN's Fareed Zakaria that he was sorry for the many controversies surrounding Russia's connection to the Trump campaign and its role in effecting the outcome of the US election.

The White House on Monday pushed back against FBI Director James Comey’s testimony revealing an investigation into Russia’s meddling in the U.S. election and possible collusion with President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign.

In testimony before the House Intelligence Committee on Monday, Comey confirmed that the FBI “is investigating the Russian government’s efforts to interfere in the 2016 president election.”

Adam Schiff masterfully connects the dots between Trump and Russia — and it’s damning

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) gave a lengthy statement Monday during the House Intelligence Committee’s hearing on Russian interference in the 2016 election in which he expertly connected the dots between Trump’s campaign and Russia.

In his statement, Schiff went through a timeline of events that linked Trump campaign officials such as former National Security Adviser Mike Flynn and former campaign manager Paul Manafort to Russian government officials.

Furthermore, Schiff showed how members of the Trump campaign lobbied to change the Republican Party’s platform to delete a section that endorsed sending weapons to Ukraine — a change that was highly beneficial to the Russian government.

“The Republican Party delegate who offered the language in support of providing defensive weapons to Ukraine states that it was removed at the insistence of the Trump campaign,” Schiff explained.

Wonder why they don't keep noting the instance in which, in a public news conference, Donald Trump directly invited the Russians to produce and publicize Hillary Clinton's e-mails, which is not only directly inviting collusion with the Trump election campaign but also acknowledges belief that the Russians were engaging in the activity and were in it to support him--and approval of/solicitation for that. This isn't an event to speculate about. The nation watched him invite it live on television.
