*After washin' and curryin' the horses, to pull a lot of their winter coats, I leave the leads on the ones that need attention from MT.

Picking up my copy of the latest Nora Roberts novel, I climb the stairs to the hayloft, spread my lap blanket, and curl up with my four-legged constant li'l shadow... and settle in for a long read... needing the peace, quiet and solitude that the stables gives me*
