another half baked premise that rattles around the noggin but never gels:
Sixty-ish guy lives alone (widowed? divorced?). Every morning after his shower he puts on a ratty bathrobe & toddles from the shower to the kitchen, passing by the big picture window in the front room. Because he does not want to get too warm, he tends to leave the tie of the robe loose. sometimes it falls open.
Does the nice lady across the road notice? If so, what happens?
Does somebody come to the door?
