Savannah
[OOC]Since Vandal had already posted that Dante was in the muti room, I'm going to go ahead and do the meeting.[/OOC]
"OK, looks like everyone except for Glory is here. We'll leave the door open so we can hear if they come out and Dante can see the Sheriff out and lock up.
"We've gone through a couple of changes today, so I wanted to fill everyone in on what was going on. I'm sure you have all seen the Sheriff around. I knew when I opened the Ranch, he would show up. However, considering rules and regulations of the other locations I checked, along with the reputation of law enforcement officials, he seems to be the lesser of the evils. He will be taking a cut of the profits, but in turn, we get a little added extra protection, though I have no doubt Dante can handle anything that comes up.
"The Ranch itself is taking the profit hit. I am not taking any of it out of your pay. It's not fair to you. As I'm sure you've figured out in his two visits today, he gets the use of our services for free. If it starts interfering with our ability to serve paying customers, I'll have a talk with him. After all, if it cuts into our profits, it cuts into his as well.
"As I am sure you've all noticed, we have a new employee." Savannah gestured toward Randy. "Randy is an old friend of Stevie's and is joining us. He will take men or women clients. By the way," Savannah looked over at Randy and her little brother with a reproaching glance. "Try to save your personal activities for off hours. You may think I'm not looking, but trust me, I don't miss much. I hope tonight was a result of the fact you haven't seen each other in awhile and that from now on, you'll try to control yourselves. What you do on your off hours is your own business. What you do during open hours is mine.
"Business has been kind of slow, but we have someone who is going to start bringing clients in, so it should pick up. I know the workload will be difficult at first, but hopefully we will get some more employees in the near future so y'all can get more breaks and off hours. We may have to raise the rates slightly, but I am going to wait a couple of weeks and see how things go before I decide whether or not it needs to be done.
"Dante, you've done a really good job getting this place set-up."
"Anyone have any questions?"
