I've heard about it, I've seen pictures of it, I've seen in made fun of in movies.

What I really want to know is : Does it have any other sexual related use other than supposedly making a penis get bigger ? I have never heard any proof it actually does that. ( Make it bigger that is )

They are actually used by men with prostate problems who can't get an erection without the pump. And from what I've heard, but never seen, the pump works for that purpose. Will it make a guy bigger if he doesn't have a problem with erection in the first place? Who knows?
