The Proposal, with incest

How about a story based on "The Proposal", the 2009 Sandra Bullock movie where she played "A pushy boss forces her young assistant to marry her in order to keep her Visa status in the U.S. and avoid deportation to Canada"

The story could be about a sister who come illegally to the States & stay with her brother. When the INS come looking for her, she ask the brother who changed his last name to marry her. He does marry her & they pretend to be a married couple, then it get serious & they end up having sex

Simpler -- keep the last name and simply change the relationship from brother sister to husband wife. I'm sure some of the records in the Baltic states are degraded / missing enough for an immigrant to pass through U.S. or Canadian Immigration.

The sex could come from the fact that the brother and sister have to live together in a small appartment. Eventually he sees her dressing/undressing or whatever and starts to have feelings for her. She catches him peeping him a few times and simply tries to cover up, doesn't want to piss him off or else she'll get deported.

The brother steps it up by kissing her infront of the inspector and puts his arms around her, she won't be able to refuse.

You can have something like the person who is assigned to validate there marriage (who is an old man)makes a deal with them, that he gets to watch them have sex, and then he'll leave them alone for good. He only wants to watch because he's too old to do anything else.

After they have sex, the guy reveals that he some how knew they were brother/sister all along, which is why he wanted to see them screw.
