I've seen the cameras for video conferencing for as low as $50. Their not particularly good cameras, but they work.

Check the toy sections. There's a Barbie (tm) digital camera on the market for under a hundred. You don't have to tell us that Barbie took your picture <G>

Disposable 35mm cameras take acceptable picture. You just need to find someplace that will develop and scan them for you. Kodak Picture Disk processing is only about $10 around here over the regular processing price. I don't know what they'd do with pictures of nudity, but if they don't print and scan them, you don't have to pay them.
