The phrase / term "bull"

Been reading short novella erotic fiction set in the UK by a British author and they use the term "bull" alot in the context of fucking hotwives

I like it, but to me it sounds American. I don't hear or see of it much here in the UK.

Is that a similar situation for other folks?

What connotations do you think of when you read the word bull for a hotwife?

What alternative words would we use in the UK?

I love reading erotica, though I don’t read much in the hotwife genre. I did read a story once by a British author, and she used the term playmate.
