The Pack

OoC: I'm new here, but I hope to be a good addition. This is mainly for werewolves, but other weres are welcome. In case you don't know about how the pack works, two Alphas on top and eat first, Betas are second and include most of the pack and there's one Omega at the bottom and eats last.

IC: He looked around the forest, his green eyes peering through the darkness. The tall male snarled at the silence. "Where the fuck are they?" He growled. "This is supposed to be a hunt. I'm going to have to punish someone when I get back."

Craig was the Alpha of this forests pack and ruled alone, without a mate. That didn't bother him though, what did was how he could never seem to depend on his pack. His black fur rippled down his body, only broken by a few scars along his back. His claws were sharp as were his fangs. He made his way to Alpha through brute force and intimidation. He had doubts any in his pack could challenge him.

He stood, waiting for any of his pack to come along.

IC: Isis could hear the anger in Craig's voice they had been friends for a while and she knew this, she couldn't help but smile, everything perfect in the moment. She was walking through the forest waiting to see Craig hoping that everything was going to be ok, she was human in love with a Lycan, she didn't know if she would ever get the honor to be his alphess she didn't know.

Craig growled lowly, looking in Isis' direction. "This hunt was supposed to be for the pack alone Isis. You shouldn't of come." He said, flexing his claws. "Besides, when one of them gets here they'll be facing my claws. You don't want to see that."

She looked at him "I know that and you know I respect all of your ways, but I wanted to warn you in what is happening, I made sure no one followed me and you may like it, there are five hunters coming there way wanting to kill you and the rest, should be a nice chance for a nice meal, I know your strong and didn't need me to tell you, but I wanted to.....I care about you and don't want you hurt, i'll....go....Im sorry I angered you" She turned slowly and walked away.

Craig quickly grabbed her shoulder. "You did not anger me Isis. Those late idiots I call a pack have angered me." He said. "You can stay and watch the hunt. You might even get to eat after me."

 

[Mayu]

She looked down at his hand on her shoulder and smiled bowing her head "Id like that" She said softly until finally a man came and didn't think anything of it and tackled her "Don't touch our alpha!!" He growled, she cried out being strangled by a lycan.

His eyes flashed in anger and with a growl grabbed the werewolf by the neck. "Get off of her!" He shouted to the male, throwing him off and into a tree. He flexed his claws and stalked closer to him. "I'm pissed because you and the others are late, and now you attack a friend of mine." He growled lowly. "You're not going to act like an idiot again." Craig said, grabbing an arm and punched it, breaking the bones will a horrible sounding snap.

Isis watched how angry he was it made her smile she had no idea how much he felt for her even if it was just friendship, she slowly walked up to Craig her hand resting on his shoulder "Try and relax my friend he didn't mean he is is just protecting his Alpha I would protect you because you are my friend and would give my life to protect you"

Craig snorted. "I can take care of myself. If I die then I die." He said, picking the male up by the back of his neck and pulling the male up. He growled, baring his fangs at him. "Go, you're not needed here."

 

[Mayu]

The man whimpered and ran off Isis stood in front of Craig upset "I may be nothing more then a weak mortal, but you matter to me, you do not shrug off death like that, if you die so wouldn't I, you mean the world to me" Tears were seen in her face "Thats why id risk my life for you, im in love with you" Her angry also seen but she walked away from him until she was out in a pond as she just collapsed and cried he had no idea how much she meant to him"

He watched her walk off angry and paid it no mind. She was a good friend, but nothing more. Death was natural and he accepted that since he was a mere pup. Craig couldn't leave anyway, not until the others got here for teh hunt.

Something happened and Isis was in the water crying out she couldn't swim, something had caught her leg., but soon the pack members came back. "My alpha a human girl is drawing in the pond, something seems to have her and pulling her under.

Craig growled at them. "About time you all showed up." He sighed. "I'll be right back. Until then, you all will wait."

He took off to the pond and saw Isis. He went into the water and grabbed her. "Come on you." He said, pulling her out.

She gasped for air seeing him but when she was pulled under she felt him and she was let go, gasping for air "Craig...." She couldn't catch her breath "Something.....big.....in there"

"That's why none of the pack goes near the pond." He told her as he dragged Isis out. "And I told you plenty of times as well."

"You have any idea how many ponds there are in this forest" She slowly stood up "Can't seem to do anything right

He sighed and patted her shoulder. "Go home Isis. Get some rest." He said softly. "My pack and I still need to hunt and you've just been attacked by an aquatic creature. Some sleep would do you good."

 

[Mayu]

She looked at him "Maybe but that also could be you wanting to get rid of me" She sighed and just nodded "goodnight" She kissed the side of his face and went home, unsure of when they would see each other.

Craig watched her leave for a moment before heading back to the pack. He growled at them all. "Do you know how late you all are? You're lucky I punished one of you already, of else another would be suffering now."

They had there heads low just wanting to end this they waited.

He growled louder. "Don't any of you understand how important it is to be fast? We could have lost good prey because of you all!" Craig took a deep breath. "Just go and raid the town. We'll hunt properly another time."

 

[Mayu]

One picked there heads up "And what of that human girl? I suppose are not to harm her, what is so special about her?"

He pointed at the werewolf. "A friend, nothing more." He said. "If any of you do harm her, you will suffer for it."

With a quick slap to the back of the hunter's head, Felix looks at him if he's got two heads.

"did you not pay attention to anything I was telling you before we left the town, you stupid son of a bitch" Felix yelled angrily at what he thought was going to be his "head goon".

"Sorry boss" the man quickly replies rubbing the back of his head the look of constant confusion on his face, still not quite understanding the importance of the girl standing close by to them...

"She's the one, you fucking idiot" he tells the goon, shaking his head in disbelief at the idiot standing next to him.

"She is the one that will make this pack, the strongest in the entire country side. If the two of them get together, there is going to be hell to pay" he continues turning around not wanting to get to close to them, not just yet...

She sighed sadly as she was back home, locked her door and got everything all set up, closing her eyees everything got so perfect, gazing into his eyes, she could not help, a grin was always seen, she fell asleep and everything seemed to be safe but she had a very bad feeling about something, the wolves just nodded.
