Depends on the woman....everyone has a different something special that catches your eye. So depending on the individual, determins what you notice first. Then what you check out is individual preference. For me , I'm a breast man.

It is the silhouette that I notice, general body build, hair, facial hair, how they carry themselves. Especially prominent when I do not have my glasses on. If I am close enough to actually see them, which is after the silhouette, I notice if their face is alive, dead, or indifferent. How they wear themselves. So the glasses, in general, are superfluous.
