Normally I'd be annoyed, but the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas are unbearable. ("Why do we have to take notes? Christmas is in two weeks!" Add that to the ever-present "We can't have a test on Monday!" or "We can't take notes on Friday!" or "You can't expect us to do work on a half day!") Adding "We should have had a snow day because there are 5 flakes of snow out there!" is enough to make the "Mrs. PLee Needs to Drink Wine and Read Smut Symphony" complete. I'm putting aside my annoyance at the disruption to my carefully planned schedule for the next two weeks in favor of drinking wine and reading smut.
I have to add that I am disappointed that I was supposed to start teaching the passé composé in French 2 yesterday. I
