Facebook was founded in 2004 twitter in 2006. Those are the big two of social media. So while saying no social media in inaccurate they were not all encompassing juggernauts in 01-05 at the VERY least.

Don't blame the teachers based on the student, when the truth is very-likely the reverse.

For instance, I told a "Nurse-Practitioner" today about something I was diagnosed with over a decade ago, but have never agreed I have, & they responded they'd believe my doctors. My response (verbatim)?

Doctors are human same as patients. Only difference is they went to med schools & colleges, both of which had them taught by other fellow humans.

Hence Sanders wanting college educations available cheaper/free to all, since nothing (different foods/drinks/educations) should be allowed to cost more than another unless it is proven to be higher quality.

I've graduated with two degrees, and without student loan debt, thanks to loan officers at the bank where my father worked in maintenance and as a courier for over 20 years. They refused to give me a loan at the outrageous interest rate, even in 1982!

I believe community college should be cheap. I believe trade schools and apprenticeships shouldn't put your children in debt. Something needs to give.

Perhaps if we eliminate the military budget waste, eliminate the billions sent in "foreign aid," maybe then we'd have the money to lower costs for education.

First off I am not a hater of Obama or Clinton. It is the uneducated fools who give them their power and are willing to become slaves that I have no respect for. After all without them we wouldn't have such low life in power who hate us. They can not give one real honest reason or thing that either has ever done to help the American people or the people of the world. Instead they use hate and lies and rather than facts to white wash their beloved Leaders.

No one, not even Obama's and Clinton's most devoted worshipers, has ever claimed that either family has any class. Both have records of being liars, thief's, and anti Americana. Obama is a racists and cares nothing for human rights. He has gone out of his way to make friends, by kissing their ass, of all the worst dictators. He has set free the murders from Gitmo to kill women and children again. He has even said that perverts may shower and enter the women's rest rooms just by saying "I am woman." He has divided the country and used his hoods in Md, Wis, Fa and Mo to attack the citizens and police and destroyed our education system , brought now our economy, turned lose the terrorists on the world just as we were beating them. Every person killed, every child sold into slavery, every woman raped, every family driven from their home and their country lay at the feet of Obama, Clinton and Kerry. "What difference does it make?" is their motto. The only thing these three people and their families love about America is the Dollar Bill.

Obama has had eight years and has accomplished nothing good. He has made enemies of our allies and made a fool of himself to our enemies. Neither show him any respect. He has turned the IRS, the FBI and the AG into the Clinton/Obama Gestapo. Even when he had complete control of the Congress and Supreme Court he still couldn't get anything good accomplished. He, after eight years, still thinks Bush is president and blames the last eight years on him. I admit that Obama, a puppet of the Communists wing of the Democrat Party as he never did anything before they put strings on him, at times tries to hide the fact that he is 1/3 African Communist, 1/3 Chicago Gangster, and 1/3 ignorant of American laws and the duties of the president. Clinton on the other hand is just plain Gangster Dumb Trailer Trash. Neither have ever done anything for the people or for the good of the country or the world. An example of the way his progressive style of government is a terrible failure is the city of Chicago, run by his progressive failure of a buddy who has turned the streets there into rivers of blood. Mostly African Americans. After all to him and his hoods, black lives don't matter nor do any ones life matter.

No one on here has been able to really say anything positive other than they make good Masters and treat their slaves nice by giving them rags to wear, shacks to live in and an occasional meal as long as the slaves do as they are told. Look at what the Clinton's did to Haiti making it their own plantation.

His and her followers want to be lied to, to be robbed, to be enslaved and live the kind of life the people of Cuba, China, Russia, Greece, Venezuela, Tibet, and most of the countries of Africa and South America as well as South East Asia do. After all slavery isn't all that bad they will say. Master will give us shiny things to play with for free. Clinton and Obama believe in a two class system. An absolute monarchy where only the ruling families, rich and above the law, have everything and the rest of us are serfs, slaves, peons. But they give us shiny objects to play with so that makes it OK. Saunders and his wife visited most of the slave countries of the world and he made the statement that this is what he hopes for us. Obama and Clinton wish the same thing. So it must be good to be robbed, killed or made a slave or so many on here wouldn't be wishing for it.

Many people would be alive today, many safe in their homes, many free from being slaves, many would be working and getting a real education if the followers, the real problem makers, did not put these fools in power and allow them to live like Kings.

Friend I still say I am not a hater of Obama or Clinton. They are what they are and the only reason they are in power is because of the uneducated fools who think being a slave is better then being free. They are the ones I have a problem with. I just don't understand them.

Rj you have some very good thoughts here. The real cost in our colleges is the high fees, uncalled for, and the high price of books, room, etc. Look at the salaries of the Administrative staff, the way the teachers charge their students for books that they, they teacher wrote, and we all agree there is no such thing as a non-profit book store, the price they charge for dorm rooms, might as well go to the Ritz. There should be more two year community schools, believe it or not you can get a better education there than in a four year school during the first two years. You have a better chance of getting the class you want, they are smaller teacher student ratio and you are, for the most part, not looked down on by some one who thinks they are a God. Oh, I have run into bad teachers in the two year program who you must join their little coffee group if you want a good grade, but then that is another problem. College as well as public schools should be able to fire poor performing teachers. Cut down the real over costs (and the same goes for hospitals and doctors) and no one objects to people making a fair living and earning a good salary for a good job.

Nothing in life is free. Non even in a communists country. But no one wants to be cheated or robbed by a system. We will pay a fair price.

dude, you are a racist. I'm guessing that the reason why you are so angry is the fact that you are unable to make it on your own and need assistance from government and other agencies to pay the bills. I get it, a real man can step up and do the job but you chose to be a quitter.

It's the little freaking things that add up. My aunt attended community college in early 70s for NOTHING. She went on to the State University of NY system and paid just fees and textbooks - which she said cost between paperbacks and hardcover fiction.

When I started the costs went to $1200/semester, and that was without room. Textbooks tripled in price. Fees went through the roof. And since I was an athlete, I was not to work during the year - something everyone knew I would skirt by working at an Italian restaurant under the table.
