So the very tools needed for the business success of the black community are those that are especially eschewed when it comes to the public education of the black community (along with the white, yellow and red children not born into the privileged economic classes). And, at the risk of repetition, which is a key to success, this is being perpetrated by those who claim to have the best interests of the black community as their prime motivator when the real "strange attractor" in our failing chaotic system of education is protecting their privilege from competition on a level playing field.

The money is mismanaged by two national firms and is being handed out to people who have connections - i.e. corruption.
