Cory was 25 and in his third year of teaching and coaching. In teaching age he was still young and in coaching years web younger. However, coaching football was Cory's calling at the age of 25 he was now the offense coordinator for one of the biggest football programs in all of Texas. This did not go unnoticed in the school or the town he lived in. To top it off he was good looking too. His tall frame and broad shoulders accented his short buzz cut and dark brown eyes. At 6'2 and 195lbs he was definitely in shape and intimidating to the boys and a dream for the girls.

Cory had been teaching Landscaping and horticulture at te school for three years now. So not only was he a football coach. He was in charge of keeping up all the athletic fields on this beautiful high school campus. Cory definitely had his hands full. His classroom was at the end of a hall way in the back of the hall where all the elective and trade classes were. As the first day was about begin Cory wondered who they had gotten to fill the classroom next to his and what they would be teaching. Early on the first day of school dressed in his khaki slacks and school logo polo shirt Cory entered the building. As he made his way to his classroom door he noticed the class next to his and the door opened. Cory peeked his head and saw no one there. Heading on his room he cut on the lights and cleaned off his desk. A few moments later he heard a crash in the room next to his like a bunch of books hitting the floor hopping to his feet and out the door Cory entered the room. "hello? Is everything ok in here?" he asked as he noticed the backroom closet door open.

Rachael Baker, 32 years old, had waited anxiously last spring to hear about the teaching job she had applied for. She couldn’t believe it when it finally came and delighted that they had accepted her as the new cooking teacher as well as one of the coach’s for the girls cheerleading squads.

She had spent all summer between getting her classes organized and working out. She had to be in good shape, although she had a pretty good figure, was a 34C and stood 5’6”, her hair was jet black with her eyes almost as dark. She mainly liked to stay in shape, toning up and what have you, especially when she would be coaching these young woman.

She had put on a modest brown skirt falling to almost her knees and wore the schools logo shirt with it, although it felt a bit tight on her. She would have to remember to ask them for some bigger size shirts.

She had arrived in a bit early and without too much trouble had found her classroom. She was putting some of the cook books and folders in the back closet when suddenly they and some other books came crashing down on her. She was sitting flat on her butt with a lap full of cook books when she heard someone hollering for her.

“Back her…” she called out as she started unloading the lap of books on the floor. She had just got up and turned around to see the man at the door. She didn’t know how long he had stood there watching her.

“Hi, had a minor accident with some books. Guess I wasn’t kidding myself that I didn’t need a stool to stand on and put them up there. I’m Rachael Baker, the new cooking teacher and you would be?”

As Cory heard the voice call from the back of the room he was surprised to see the lady who spoke sitting on her bum removing books from her lap. As she removed all of the books she stood and Cory couldn't help but admire her very attractive frame and wonderful looks. Her pretty faced was illuminated by the sexiness of her dark hair. Cory had to focus back into her words as she spoke. Listening to her explain her fall and then introduce herself Cory stepped into the room and extended his hand to her as she requested and introduction.

"I am Cory Johnson. I teach Horticulture next door and run the greenhouse out back. The pleasure is mine Rachael." Cory smiled and extended his hand to her. Smiling he looked at her as their hands touched softly. "Well if this little fall is any indication of clumsiness may I point out that the fire extinguisher is right there on this wall." Cory chuckled playfully as their hands still held softly as he pointed to the other wall with his free hand. "I mean this being a cooking class and all it might be good to know where the extinguisher is!" Cory chuckled again. "With all seriousness. Is there anything I can do to help you out? I know how it is on the first day at a new school and all?"

“It’s nice to meet you Cory and I might have to ask you for some help with growing some plants at my house. You must have a green thumb the way you keep up the grounds here. Everything I seem to plant generally dies not long after that.” She smiled and shook his hand, noticing what a strikingly good looking man he was. She could tell from his looks that he was a bit younger than herself, but doubted by very much. She laughed softly when he mentioned her being clumsy.

“I have to admit, I am a bit clumsy, especially when I’m nervous. This being my first day, I guess I was thinking and figured I could reach to put these books on the top shelf. Unfortunately I didn’t quite make it, as you can see. And thanks for the information about the fire extinguisher, it definitely is something I’ll need to know. I don’t know how many of my students know anything about cooking so it will come in handy.”

She then picked up a small stack of books and looked at him, “Would you mind putting these up on the shelf for me, you look like you could reach it much better than myself.” she asked and then handed him the books, brushing his hand with hers when she set them in his hands. She then went ahead and picked up the rest of the books, assuming he didn’t mind giving her a hand with this.

“Have you been teaching here very long? I’ve taught at other places, but this was the first time I had to relocate for the job. So I’m pretty new to the area as well.”

Cory listened as she began to speak again it was almost like she was nervously rambling but he didn't mind as he found it very cute. When she finally ceased he grinned at her. "I think I may be able to get some plants to grow around your house when I get some spare time. That is if you don't mind cooking a home cooked meal for a single football coach in return. I mean you being the culinary teacher and all." Cory smiled and without answering about the books began stacking them neatly on the back shelf. Her stunning beauty sure was a sight to see but he was trying not to be overly creepy by any means catching glances when he could but admiring the ones he was able to get.

"So relocated?" Cory asked as he stacked the books."where bouts did you come from Ms. Rachael. I am assuming there is no Mrs. There? And pardon me if there is?" Cory smiled and stacked the last book on the shelf turning back around he leaned back against the desk beside him placing his hands beside him on it to brace himself. Smiling he looked up and directly in her eyes trying desperately not to let his eyes wonder down her beautiful frame as she was looking at him.

Rachael smiled when he had mentioned growing some plants for her as long as she cooked a meal for him. “That sounds like a wonderful idea, I’d be happy to cook for you.” She said, sincerely and the thought of having something growing at her house would be wonderful.

As he stacked the books up on the shelf, she was slightly behind him and taking in the view. He had a nice strong build, she could just about see the muscles in his arms as he was finishing up the stack. Just before he turned around she got a good shot of his cute butt in those pants and was smiling with approval when he turned around.

“I’ve relocated from Harrison Missouri where I’ve lived at least the last ten years. I’m originally from a small suburb in Illinois, it was about the size of this town when I was there but that’s been along time ago. I haven’t been there in many years.” She said, then turning to walk towards her desk that was filled with more with what she needed to put inside her desk. She turned back around to him, leaning on the front of her desk, her hands hooked around the edge.

“And for the record, you’re right, there is no boyfriend or husband.” she was grinning when she told him and took another look up and down his frame. But did not make her ogling obvious. “I do however have a 10 year old that is in a boarding school in Charleston. She lives with her father when not in school. I rarely get the chance to see her, but this is what’s best for her.”

Rachael then sat down and started putting her folders in the desk along with other supplies.

“You’ll have to let me know when you have some free time for the dinner.” She said smiling to him just as the bell rang.

Watching her walk back to her desk allowed him the time to check out her back side and a nice one it was at that. As she turned around leaning back against her desk and placing her hands on the edge it caused her breasts to push against the front of an obviously to small shirt. But it made her breasts look amazing. Cory listened as she mentioned no attachment but she was a mother. It struck him odd that she was in Boarding school and mentioned "it was what was best for her."

Smiling Cory heard the bell ring and then se mentioned dinner. "Well to tell you the truth tonight is probably my most free night considering our first game is tomorrow and practice will be light. Is tonight to early for me to come and check out your place?" Cory grinned as he started towards the door. "You don't have to answer now. Why don't you slip me a note after 1st period with your answer?" Cory smiled and winked at her and then slowly left the room. The way he was flirting with her it was very obvious now that she mentioned being single he was highly interested in the new cooking teacher.

She smiled at his invitation and admitted to herself she had enjoyed his flirting. Besides being a great looking guy, he seemed to have a very pleasant personality, a happy one. She would have like to linger on more thoughts of him, but her class was piling in. Most were girls, all except a couple young men, which was not surprising.

She had introduced herself and then the first half of class she had them telling their names and asking them their reason for taking a cooking class. Most of the answers were pretty similar, wanting to know how to cook when they were on their own or when they married. A couple answers caused the entire class to laugh, they were taking it for an easy credit class.

“Well, as far as this class being easy, that will all depend on all of you and how well you can follow instructions. Recipes have directions as well as just heating something up on the stove or in the microwave oven. Reading directions and following them is the main key to following this class. Once you can do that, we may try a few things where you can make up a recipe of your own and have the class taste it. But that will be towards the end of the course.”

The rest of the class time she had handed out basic cooking books, folders and a notepad. The class seemed to fly by and before she knew it, the class was over. She gave them several chapters to read, then dismissed them.

“Oh, Janice, would you mind on your way out giving this note to Mr. Johnson, next door.”
The young woman happily agreed and brought the note right over.

It read: Am looking forward to this evening’s dinner. How about coming over about 6:00. That way I can show you around a bit and we will eat at 7:00.

The rest of the note explained the directions to her small 2 bedroom ranch style home several miles from the school.

As Cory headed back to his class his usual students walked in and he sat down on his desk and began his spill as he did every year. After a few minutes of explains the class Cory headed back to his desk as he tried to work on his game plan for the following night during the remaing minutes of the class all that filled his head was the though of the dark headed beauty he had met the classroom over.

A few moments later as the bell was ringing a female student Janice brought a note into his room and handed it to him. Opening the note he read the message and smiled. Taking a posted note from his desk Cory took his pen from behind his ear and wrote "see you there! And by the way I forgot to tell you how nice you look today!" Signed "Coach" Cory folded the note and handed it to a football player coming in for the next class he informed him "to run this next door to the new cooking teacher." Cory smiled and began to get ready for his next class.

Just as Rachael was getting the books ready to pass out to the class, a young man walked in, handed her a note, smiled and quickly left. She stuck it in her pocket for now as her classmates were already seating themselves down.

It was half way thru her class that she was able to read the note. She smiled at his compliment, now feeling like a school girl herself passing notes back and forth. So far the first day was turning out perfectly and she was excited about this evening. When class ended she a free hour and jotted down a few things she was going to pick up at the store for dinner.

She then went to the teachers lounge and had a cup of coffee, relaxed a bit and met a couple of the other teachers. They all seemed to be very nice.

Cory went about the rest of his day in a hurry. After lunch his day was pretty much over as he was assigned to a bogus supervision and then football began. It was a relatively quick practice te night before the first game and after a short coaches meeting and a few small field prep things Cory was in his truck headed home to shower and change.

After a quick shower and a change into jeans and a tshirt Cory looked in the mirror and he was out the door. Even though she left directions for him once Cory saw the address he knew exactly where her house was. A short drive later he pulled into the driveway. As he looked at the clock on the dash it read 5:58 he was right on time. After checking himself one more time in the rear view mirror Cory slid out of his full size pick up and headed to the door. Softly knocking on it he took a deep breath and realized that he should have brought a bottle of wine or some warming gift "damnit" he said softly scolding himself as the door opened.

Rachael had hurried home once classes were over. She made one stop at the local Walmart and bought two nice filet mignons, 2 baked potatoes and some fresh asparagus. She also picked out a nice bottle of red wine and was ready to leave, then grabbed a six pack of beer just in case Cory preferred that instead. She couldn’t believe how excited she was. It had been awhile since she was on a date and even though this was about cooking and plants, she still considered it a date.

Once she got home, she put everything in her refrigerator. Her kitchen was like that of a chef, with all the high end appliances it had. She had some field trip plans for her students to do some cooking at her house during the course.

She showered and got ready, putting on a pair of tight fitting jeans and a pink tank top that showed off her figure nicely. Underneath she had on a pink lacey bra and a pink thong. She stood and looked at herself in the full size mirror in the hallway and was satisfied. She was on her way back to the kitchen when she heard him knocking on the door.

“Come in Cory, don’t you look nice,” she flirted and had him follow her to the kitchen. “Why don’t you sit down at the breakfast bar and we can talk while I get dinner going.”

Her stove top included 6 burners with a nice size grill top. After prepping the steaks, she got the other things ready to cook as well.

“Here why don’t you open this wine and we can each have a glass, unless you prefer beer. I have that too.”

As Cory entered the house he was amazed at how well it was decorated for someone who had just moved to town. As they walked towards the kitchen he couldn't help but think how nice her ass looked in her tight fitting jeans. Making their way to the kitchen Cory watched as she prepared the food when she mentioned opening the wine Cory chuckled. "You know I feel horrible as I knocked on the door I literally thought to myself I should have grabbed a bottle of wine." As he took the cork remover she had slid to him across the bar Cory began to open the bottle he popped the cork he filled each glass.

"I love your house Racahel it really is beautiful in here. And I really do think I can spruce your yard up with a little bit of attention. That is if you don't mind me hanging around here in my spare time?" Cory smiled and handed her a glass of wine as she turned back around to the bar to face him. "By the way I am not going to let the chance slip by me this time. I must tell you that you look absolutely magnificent this evening." Cory flashed his boyish grin at her and then slowly lifted his wine glass. "Cheers to a new friendship." Cory tilted his glass to hers softly clinking them together then slowly took a sip of his sweet red wine.

“Thank you,” Rachael blushed as Cory complimented her on her looks.

When he made his toast she smile and clinked her glass with his, then took a sip of the wine.

“Here, I made up a little snack until we eat,” she said as she bent over and pulled a small plate from the refrigerator. “It’s nothing much, just some celery with my own special whipped cream cheese.”

After she placed the plate down on the counter, she went to putting the potatoes in the microwave and putting the asparagus in the steamer to cook.

“So Cory, how did a guy so cute and handsome end up not being taken by a woman yet?” She asked teasingly while she got the grill how enough to sear the steaks on. “I bet you have lots of women trying to win your heart.”
