First the trigger guards on both suspected weapons are almost identical. "ambi" mag release is on both guns. Upon closer inspection I will agree with you that the lack of a "beaver tail" would prove that I was incorrect.

Sorry I should have been more specific, I know they are on both but the 92 has a button slightly more into the grip/magwell vs the HK's more forward into the trigger guard lever.
