Ok Folks,

Fury and I felt that the RJ Masters thread was getting too long and so started this as another spin-off. We thought this still might be a fun way to keep track, stay motivated and maybe get other joinees who are wanting some support.

This will still be the same idea, a Dom/me driven Lit exercise program. We have come up with a basic exercise program that doesn't require a gym membership or equipment to do. Just a minimum fitness plan that can be done every day. It is as follows:

10 minutes of aerobic work every other day (Warm ups, stairs, fast walking, jump rope, other stuff gradually building up.

Ab work every other day (Warm ups crunches , 15 reverse crunches and 10 pike ups, and working up.

You have to keep us informed of how you are doing and if you fuck up then we get to decide your punishment. Punishment would have to be carried out by yourself and reported back here. All workouts will be monitored here. That is the motivation factor.

Let us know what the rest of you think about this and also if you would be interested in participating.

hello Raven , nice thread .
Have you any gym program of exercises or advices for temporarily lame submissives ? ;)

I tried crutches curling throwing things around the house to move them from a room to another , but it seems not be successful enough , at least as Olympic discipline :D :D

Jokes a part , I am in a physiotheraphy specialized gym 3 days a week to strenghten my wounded leg muscles and tendons , besides having magnetotheraphy for better healing bones and to follow a program to restore brain / muscles connection and re- learn to walk again .

Walking seems the most natural thing in the world till one is forced to stop doing it , but I sure you its awful being stuck there in the middle of a room and having your leg which doesn't want obey your brain orders and make one single step although you know the leg can do it .
awwwwwwwwww :(

But I don't give up ( little fighter here ) and soon I will dance again my 4 days a week !! yay ! b. :) :rose:

Okay I did a ten minute fast walk around the hills where I live but it turned into a twelve minute fast walk. I didn't have the route just perfect for making it only ten minutes.

I also did 17 leg lifts and stretched out my hamstrings for a warm up.

I am glad to hear it. :D If it will help you to post in the thread what you do for therapy, please do so. We will all support you to the nth degree.
Although I have nowhere near as much of a problem as you do (bad knee for the last 2 1/2 months) I know I have been frustrated with my lack of mobility. I can only guess the feelings that you have been going through. Although I am supposedly the enforcer here, I will also be reporting my progress as I am having it scoped on thursday and then will have to go through rehab.

We can all do this together! :nana: :nana: :nana:

BTW, I do have friends who are personal trainers and can get advice from them. Also, if anyone likes the idea of swimming, I can also give advice on that since I have been a competitive swimmer all of my life and also a coach.

Good for you and don't worry about the 12 minutes. You did more and that is better, so long as you don't hurt yourself.

Keep it up and you'll earn a nice spanking. :D

Its finally warmer where I'm living

SO I get to keep my promise to my dog and take her for as long of a walk as my day permits, she'll get up to an hour and a half of a really brisk walk if I have the time to devote to it. I love it, I walk until she can barely keep up and my clothes are wet with sweat from the heat... I cant wait!

Plus 20 mins Pilates per day
10 Mins Jump rope.

Very good, Fury, I am glad you are able to do them as I thought you still were not feeling well. Remember some cool down also or you will be sore and not just from the exercises. :D

First time is acceptable. After that punishment considered. ;)

I tried it again and again it was about a 12 minute fast walk up and down these hills.

I also did 17 leg lifts and stretched out my hamstrings for a warm up.

Good for you. How are you feeling?

Just a quick note for those people who are doing this thread. I am having surgery tomorrow on my bad knee and will be on pain killers which tend to make me loopy for the next couple of days. :p

Therefore, I may not respond and keep track as well as I would normally do. So if you get some very strange reply from me, please do not be too confused or offended. :)

Thanks. :D

Sorry to hear that. It hasn't been the best for me either. Oh well there is always tomorrow (oops I mean today) :D

My personal exercise program contains of brain training. I'll be studying the whole time. And while I've been trying to do more sports I decided to keep that plan on hold for the next few months unless I unexpectedly find spare time lying around. So, if you don't mind, I'll just report in the hours I spent effectively studying. Should make at least five, better eight.

I figured out why I slept in this morning, I've come down with an extreme bug.. sort of flu-ish definitely debilitating, BUT in light of your surgery it is 5:04 am and Im going to work out in support ;)

I guess that will do as long as you let us know about it up front. Just remember mens sana, corpore sana.

Well the surgical news is both good and bad. The sx went well and the knee is all cleaned out but there was a lot more junk and problems than originally suspected. So I am home till the 27th at the earliest. Was hoping to be back next week. Oh well. When I start rehab I will report progress here like everyone else. :)
