The Needle Prick

No, Buffy...not a very thin penis, though if you want to work that into the story, go for it.

Another simple story starter.

He and she are not in a sexual relationship[ to start the story. Likely not even dating. Not sure who they are to each other. Could be:
any of the usual incest mixes; or
residing in a co-ed dorm; or
counsellors at a summer camp; or
platonic room mates; or
the room mates bf/gf
etc.

The story idea itself is pretty basic... He has a button off the shirt he needs for the big interview. So She offers to sew it on (or reverse the gender biased roles!).

When She goes to thread the needle, She pricks her finger and it bleeds... He proceeds to suck the blood... and as I like to say, hilarity ensues.

As he sucks her blood, does he turn into a vampire? And then she offers him her neck?

Maybe she sees how much he enjoys the blood, and whispers in his ear, "I'm having my period next week."

Or maybe, while he is sucking her finger, she grabs his hand and sucks his finger at the same time. So he moves up to her elbow, and she does the same. Then shoulders, then nipples, and eventually its a full-on sixty-nine session.
