Well, aftert weeks of waiting the comic book store that I frequent finally put in a working pinball machine. The good part is that it's cheap to play. Unfortunately, the machine is an utter prick. All of the instructions are in German too. I've wasted 2.50 today on the fucker and couldn't break three million.

Anyone else here like pinball?

My dad once left a machine 6 hours after he started with 23 free games sitting on it.

I just wish he'd buy a machine

I have pinball on my computer. No quarters needed :D

Not the same. It's kind of the difference between a real Ouija board and an Internet site with the same mock-up.

My parents used to own this little grocery store... they had a pinball machine, pac man and astroids.

I stole the key so I could play for free.. and I also knew were the button was to reset the scores.

I always had high score :D

I was an absolute gun at pacman, and one of the very first shooting table ones as well... I can remember mum and dad going to the pokies, giving us a dollar each, and we went to war on our version. It was a long and good night to be had by all

I've got a mate that owns one of the standup arcade versions of Defender. He paid $100 for it in a garage sale a zillion years ago and he's trucked that thing everywhere. We rigged it a long time ago to take slugs and we've beaten the shit out of it. He won't sell it...I tried...

I was addicted to the Elvira pinball machine at this place that used to be on the drag when I was in college. I especially loved when you touched the reset button when you weren't supposed to. Elvira's voice would come out saying, "Don't touch me THERE!"

*grins*

I love pinball.

My favorite games are a country billiard one called "8 Ball Wizard" where there's a giant fucking cue-ball on the table that you get to whack around, and one for "South Park" just because it would make me laugh as I played.

Not Intentionally Bragging But.....

I frequently 'crashed' pinball machines when I was back in college, a girlfriend and I would on a routine basis leave countless free games behind after we had put a newly installed game through it's paces....My favorites from those days were Gorgar, Xenon, Riptide and Black Knight.....Of course I'll always have a space reserved in my garage for a KISS machine, should I ever bring one home .....
