I think the skin is pulled up with the erection, so that
what was previously around the top of the balls is round the
cock, hence the tightness of skin on the balls.
There might be a slight swelling to the balls as well, but
mainly its redistribution of skin.

I have to admit one thing here.

I don't think the "nads" are actually the most attractive feature of the male anatomy. I think that is due to my up-bringing on a farm and actually seeing a bucket of "nads" every so often after a bunch of rams had been castrated.

I think it had a bad effect on me somehow. Have you ever seen a bucket of castrated nads?

Heres another thought......some of us brits actually eat sheeps nads......we call them.....Lambs Fries
