Blink was having a hell of a day. First the office demanded of her so much, she had to work overtime. Then she had to cross halfway across the world to stop some evil villain from stealing the nuclear passcodes from world leaders. And then now, there was the Mind.

She knew no more super villain who was more annoying than the Mind. He was, in a sense a thorn to her side. Five times, she had put him in jail and five times, he escaped in just a day. And now, he was up to something again.

His new place was much like the others so it wasn't hard to spot. Not with all those gadget sticking out of it. It was like a beacon to her. The Mind may be smart, but subtlety was not his best asset.

She zipped in the building avoiding the detection of any sensors he might have in her skin-tight suit that was, frankly, more like a sports-illustrated bathing suit than anything. But it made sense to wear it. Given that if there was trouble, she didn't really have time to change. Besides, it had a tiny skirt around it, so it really didn't count as a bathing suit.

It wasn't long before she spotted him and when she did, she stood behind him to give him fair warning.

"You should really know when to quit, you know. I'm getting tired of fetching you and take you back to prison. I'm not your personal escort."

The Mind was looking at himself in a mirror. Once he had been known as Fred Ashes, brilliant researcher in physics. But never brilliant enough in his own view, and his entourage never let him work his experiences to their goals. He worked hard and tried some formulas on himself. It ended badly in months of illness. Not very strong and powerful before, being rather average, he had lost a lot in the process. he wa snow only 5'2'' and thin. His skin was pale, his hair light blond and his eyes pale blue. But he had developped his brain, becoming The MInd, and he had from than on used his brain to master the town. two obstacles always went in his way, preventing him from succeeding :

- The acolytes he had to recruit, those sidekicks, were always to dumb to understand his plans and so they had fumbled a lot of them. He had fired/killed/mutilated many of them, but the rest never seemed to understand at least the basics of quantum physics in order to put his plans in motion.

- Blink. That damned female was laways a pain in the ass. So quick that she could almost be in two places at the same time. And with enough resistance that the standard firearms never seemd to make a scratch on her. She was damn hot in fact and thus The Mind never minded her presence ; she was used to bring him to jail (he wasn't strong enough to escape her wrists and she moved otoo quickly to let him reason her on the trip to the prison) but from there it was easy to play his way out.

But now it seemed he had reached a new level. One of this obstacles would be gone soon. He let out a malevolent laugh in his lair, Muhahahahaha.

And went towards his apparels, keyboards, monitors, tubes and so on, walking around, observing experiments results, his hands behind his back, his long lab blouse flating around him.

"You should really know when to quit, you know. I'm getting tired of fetching you and take you back to prison. I'm not your personal escort." That was her voice. Blink! He smiled then turned to face her, arboring an expression of lost faith, of despair...

- Oh no Blink, not oyu again, what the hell happened? how did you find this place? Let my acolytes take care of you.

he snapped his fingers and huge men jumped from hidden places to corner her. The Mind grinned again.
He knew she would get rid of them, but that would give him the time he needed.

Blink knew that he had a trap or two around, so when his henchman grabbed her from behind, she easily sidestepped and punched him in the gut. The other arrived none too soon and she flitted from one henchman to the other knocking them down one by one.

"Come on! Is that all you've got?"

The men went down quickly and the others backed away. She brushed her blonde hair back and glared at them with blue-grey eyes and took a step toward them. The flinched and she grinned. At 5'4" she shouldn't be intimidating, but they stepped back even though she wasn't all muscular.

She found it really odd that she never gained more muscle even though she was quick and strong. Strangely, she was quite well-endowed and she filled out her suit to the full.

She took another step toward them then decided it was time to finish the job. She made quick work of them before turning to their boss.

"Now, it's your time to get back to the slammer."

The Mind had a frightened look on his face, he tried to back until he touched one of his expriments.

- Not again, please. YOu know how brutal usual guys in jail are, that's not a place for me. please.

She was coming close to him, and he kpet the needle behind him, the small adamantium needle, hoping that this metal could pierce her skin and inject her the drug. Although he wasn't sure about how long it will take to get the effects. Blink had such a strange metabolism. he had studied it, but only theoretically. A real sceintist needed something more experimental. All this plan relied on theorital basis.

She was close, so close. He was looking at her. No girl had ever approached him so close since his cnages, and surely not girl as sexy as her did it in all his life. Now he could again feel her scent, look at the details of her skin, at her curves, beraly hudden by her costume... a lovely choice by the way, one of the reasons he liked their trips ot the jail, held tightly against her.

Blink rolled her eyes. "Oh, please! Stop with the act. We both know you know this was going to happen."

Standing over him, she shivered inside knowing that he was looking at her like any guy with hormones would. Why on earth did guys always look at her like that? It wasn't like she was really looking to attract them! She just had no choice with the costume. That was all.

Her hand shot out and pulled him toward her. The Mind wasn't a threat without his henchmen. She looked for a something to tie him with and went back to him with a rope.

"I'll secure you first, then your henchmen go next. This is just the usual thing." Blink shrugged and stepped close to him again to tie him up.

The Mind let her come cloaser, very close, then suddenly made a little move with his hand, his needle touching her skin. he pushed hard, making it a forced entrance under her skin and letting the drug move inside her blood. She would think of a wepaon, of a way to harm her, but probably not of a drug. She wound't be afraid of this, he was sure. She was so fond of her powers. He played his way to try to free himself but it was of course useless and he let himself be held tight to her wonderful body...

Blink saw The Mind move, but thought nothing of it. After all, what harm could a little man do? But the pain that followed was real. She yelped and jumped away holding the part that hurt. There was a tiny drop of blood on her skin, and as she wiped it off, she saw it. A tiny pinprick.

The first thing that came to her mind was that he poisoned her. If that were the case, then she was indeed in trouble. But then, she was a super heroine. She couldn't be defeated just by that. And she wasn't feeling anything anyway. She returned her glare toward the Mind and stepped nearer again grabbing him by the neck.

"What did you do?" She needed to know exactly what it was, because right now, she couldn't feel any effects and he wouldn't do anything unless the move meant something. Besides if it were poison, son antidotes could even make the poison already inside her more potent. She had to be careful.

The Mind gulped as he was held tight by the neck. he tried to utter some words and finding his breath back at the same time, and it was not until she release her grip just a bit that he could talk.

- I... I tried... I wanted to see how I could hurt you. now I know. This metal could hurt you. I'll be back soon, and this time I'll work on something to defeat you Blink. You're doomed, Muhahahahahaha.....

Blink saw The Mind struggle and she loosened her hold lest she kill him. She listened to his spiel and her hand tightened around his throat once again cutting off his laughter. He other hand snatched the thing in his hand and saw an injection.

No. He wasn't just looking for something that could hurt her. There was something else there.

"What's in this injection?" she demanded, loosening her hold on his neck again. "You tell me or you will have hell to pay!"

The Mind gulped. He tried finding his breath back, and had to move, to struggle, to let her release a very little bit her powerful grip ni order to speak again. It caem out in a harsh voice.

- Quick and powerful poison. The dose I put should have killed a dozen elephants. I created it in the last months, specially for you. Knowing your fast metabolism would make it to your heart in an instant...

he coughed, his throat almost crushed.

- But it seems that I'm mistaken. Poison's not the right weapon to get to you.

The Mind coughed again, a poor little victim under the hand of the powerful superheroine. Inside, he was dearly hoping that his game here would work, that she would take the bait. He had to be released, he cannot allow her to kill him like that. But Blink was too good a woman to kill him, she was not that type of dark vigilante. She was pure at heart. Anyway his throat wasn't saying the same...

Blink growled and shoved him to the floor releasing him. She took the rope she had and started tying them all at breakneck speed. In no time, she was finished and she counted her prisoners one last time before she turned back to The Mind. She took him in her arms in front of her and ran back to the prison. In truth she would rather carry him on her back, but due to her speed, anything she carried had a tendency to flap loosely behind her like a cape, which was dangerous, or was getting hit and suffocated by a wall of air that they were in really bad shape going to their destination, or died. But she had no choice but to carry them that way--even if it meant that some of them reveled in the feel of her body pressed against them. It made her skin crawl the first time, and it was still making it crawl after all these times she did it.

She didn't tell the cops anything about the injected serum inside of her. And she left with a huge suspicion in her chest. Something else was in there. Not poison or she would have felt her body react to a hint of it before her immune system began kicking in. There was something else there. Something that could be natural, making her body accept it. But what was it about her that would be to the advantage of The Mind? Enhancing anything about her would be futile since that would only help her, and decreasing anything about her would send her body fighting to repel what was being diminished in her.

Pacing in her room, she began to think of different things and different scenarios. Maybe he shot her with insulin which would kick in at the next battle. That would leave her depleted of normal energy for a while. Or maybe he spiked her stomach acid which would eat her from the inside out.

She thought of many things, but not once did it occur to her that he could be targeting her hormones and her libido.

The next day, she eagerly watched the news crossing her fingers, hoping that The Mind had not escaped again. She had told them to guard him and his henchmen strictly. She couldn't keep on taking him. As she watched the television, waiting for the news, something inside her stirred. Something she wasn't exactly familiar with. She also felt a change in the air that she couldn't place. She drove the thought away from her mind and focused on the television before her as she made breakfast to prepare for another day at the office drawing floor plans for buildings.

The Mind focused on appreciating the too short tight contact he had with Blink during the trip to jail. Her so short, tight and tinny costume left a lot of skin in plain sight. He always loved that. He returned to a cell of high security he already knew well. The guards again tried to keep from him. But he talked, he mumbled words, he regain some trust from them, lowering their mental defences with sweet and well chosed words. The kkind of thing that doesn't work with powerful ennemis like that sexy Blink. But here with those guards it was easy.
And suddenly The Mind was at the infirmary for some hard headache, leading him to get access to some products he quickly mixed and used to make all pf them inconscious. He left the building easily, having some other sidekick waiting outside in a car.

Two days passed. He wanted to make sure that the product had made his effect on Blink. Two days passed during which he prepared the next step in some more hidden lair. The previous was willignly obvious to have her come. he so much wanted ot inoculate her iwth his drug. And on that second evening, he made a public statement ; this came in the form of a little video clip that he put on air by hacking the television services. He announced that he was going to take all the gold resting in the First Bank vaults by dawn, and he dared Blink to even try to stop him, with a final "muhahahahahaha".

Two days since the news came that The Mind had escaped. Again! Couldn't those cops do anything right? She shook her head, muttering, unable to concentrate on her work. She was constantly feeling hot and, for some reason, found herself accepting project she shouldn't have. It was obvious she was wearing herself down with work, which was why she was feeling funny and strange.

She was lounging on her couch when the program was suddenly interrupted and The Mind came in, issuing a challenge. It was obviously a trap, but she didn't know what kind of trap it was. The only way to know was to spring it and get out, then she would be able to catch him again. Maybe this time, they could send him in an isolated prison in some estranged island off the Pacific with only sea patrols guarding the area.

In any case, catching him was the first order of business, so she donned her suit and mask and went to the First Bank, surveying the area for any sign of The Mind. She tread on carefully, ignoring the weird sensations inside her. She had to finish the job and put him somewhere for good. And she will supervise this herself if she had to!

His men had succeed (how surprising) at diffusing the sleeping gas in the air conditionning system, putting the guards away for a couple of hours. Then his drilling machine had made his hole in the floor of the vault. The Mind did not care about the noise because there was no way to be heard out of the bank. He took his time in fact, even puting a nice ladder to climb in the vault. There he admired the tresures. Amounts of gold that would allow him to buy everything in town, meaning he could then make whatever he wanted. He laughed loud.
There were two armed henchmen with him in the vault, but they were no match against Blink, he knew it. He just hoped an instant that his drug would take effect. But there was no room for hope and he made some calculations again in his head, being almost 99.98% sure that it should be working.

Blink snuck a peek inside the building and saw the guards down and there was no sign of entry. Which meant that they snuck in. The only way in was underground and so, she went into the underbelly of the city and saw a drill. She quickly raced up the vault and glared at The Mind.

"I thought I told you to stay put in prison? What's wrong with you?" Her hand fisted beside her ready to attack them.

The Mind turned to face her. His smiled turned to a mischievous grin of content, the kind you wear when you've already won the fight.

- get her, he yelled.

Of course he knew his two guys would be no match against her. But he instead put his feet firmly on the ground, focusing on making his voice very authoritative for what was to come. He watched his men being launched through the room and fall unconcious. She was threatening him. He smiled broader.

- Stop where you are, Blinik.

He put all the authority he could in this sentence. This was THE test, to see if his formula had worked, ahd lowered her willpower, her defences. If all went right, she should obey him.

Blink made short work of his henchmen, flung about by the force of her inertia. Once done, she turned back to The Mind and took a step forward. She sighed as she considered the deed done and then...

For some reason she obeyed. What? It wasn't that she couldn't move. She could, but she didn't have the will to do so. Her eyes widened in shock and realization. This was what was in the needle! "What did you do to me you fiend?" She could move, but could not take a step forward or back. She was stuck where she was.

- I just asked you to stop, sweetie....

His voice was full of disdain and triumph as he stepped forward towards her, smiling, his hands behind his back. He walked towards her, looking her up and down, takinf his time to observe every detail of her almost-completely exposed body. Damn she was hot.

- And you did, because you at least admit that I am the most powerful between you and me.

He was just a bit shorter than her, so when he stood in front of her, very close, he had a nice view on her cleavage, and he took his time admiring it. He smiled and looked up at her face. At the same time he placed his hand on her flat bare belly, caressing her skin softly.

Blink glared at him as he came near her. She took a swipe at him, but he wasn't near enough. Chills went up and down her spine as he leered at her body. Strangely, her body tingled at his eyes scanning all over her body. Why didn't she have a costume that covered her body more? For the first time in her life, she felt so exposed.

"I am not admitting any such thing! Take your eyes off me!" She growled at him and at herself as she tried to move her body.

She gasped as she suddenly felt a hand on her stomach and she grabbed her wrist quickly. "You get your hands off me!" She twisted his wrist, bending it in a way it shouldn't bend.

he screamed in pain and tried to pull away.

- Release me now!

He ordered this in a very sharp tone. His mind was racing wild. What was happening. Did she reacted only for a few seconds? What was going on?

Blink released him at will, surprising herself. She tried to run away from this strange situation, but she couldn't move out of her place still. She tried to grab at him, but she couldn't grab him. No. Not couldn't. Wouldn't.

"What did you do to me!" She thundered at him, her fists balling to punch him the moment he got within arm's reach.

She couldn't believe what was happening! Everything he said, she followed and she couldn't refuse. Didn't refuse! She was going to be in big trouble. She could feel it.

- Don't ever hurt me anymore!

OK, it seemed that he had to pronounce every order. She would obey only once she heard it. He could do with that.

- Keep there and don't move.

he stepped closer again, watching intently at her, ready to back up at any of her moves (although he knew he would probably be too slow to really avoid her). The Mind extended his arms and pressed his palms over her costumes, cupping her tightly hugged breasts, and massaging them slowly, grinning...

Over them, he heard police siren. It was time to go it seemed.

- Blink, grab me gently and take us quickly to my lair.

he gave her the directions of his secondary laboratory.

Blink's eyes widened as she stopped whatever it was she was going to do. She shuddered at the thought that he was completely controlling her. It was impossible to disobey him because she didn't want to. Not even if she wanted to move. Not even when he touched her.

Her skin prickled at his touch. She tried forcing herself to move and beat him up, but she couldn't move at all. His hands roamed over her and then, settled on her breasts squeezing and massaging them. "Hands off me you freak! You're disgusting and freaky!"

- On the contrary you are so lovely, it would be a shame not to take advantage of that. Now bring us in a calmer place sweetheart.

The Mind had put the irony needed in that last word. He clunged to her.

The Mind had wrapped herself around her. She planned on pushing him away, but instead, she rushed to get him to his lair. She didn't even think, as she deposited them both in the lair. She did try stopping herself, but it was impossible, fearing the worst.

She glared back down at him and hissed. "Let go. Now, you stupid jerk! And let me go home!" She felt him all over her body, feeling his skin touch hers and she shivered in disgust.
