Fingers are itching to reply to threads, the mind is swirling with imagery and words, yet, I can not sate the whispering words nor the images that keep flashing through my mind like a slide show. Not yet. Strange how the images belong to all of my threads. Le Fr33k has put a smile on my face with his last post and I am itching to write for him. Ekedsad and I are just starting to flesh out the story. And M, *softly growls under my breath* he continues to curl my toes, makes my fingers itch and tempts me to tell the RW to feck off...but alas, *sigh* I dare not. I need to get a few things done first and hopefully the whispers and images will continue to torment me so deliciously when I can get back to the keyboard. Shower first.

Grumbling is heard from above, and then giggling, and then other sounds. Skin on skin. The tearing of fabric. More giggling. He has been mostly absent from the house as of late. A phantom. The holidays and his newly appreciated mobility have kept him from the computer, his cowriters, and the couple friends he's proud to have.

But there is still the evidence of his returns. Flowers on the counter. Beer in the fridge. And just outside of Cait's office a scrap of lace that was once a rather expensive pair of panties left askew on a wall-table.

He'd have to apologize for that last bit later.

Evidence of his continual residence, abounded. If it wasn't a muffled giggle floating down the stairs, it was the fleeting glimpse of a maid in disarray. There were also his flowers or the beer in the fridge. Simple things, but then, she was a simple girl and smallest things brought a smile to her face. She may hardly ever see him these days, but it was enough to know he was in good health (she rolled her eyes heavenward) and happy. But, she paused on her way to the study and picked up a sheer scrap of something danity by thumb and forefinger. REALLY? She tossed it in the first trashcan she saw in the study. She sighed. There was NO WAY he was going to hire the maids. Ever. She closed the door behind her, settling in to see if she could get a bit of writing done.
