I'll feel better tomorrow, when I finish the WOD and have my rest day (Sunday) to look forward to. I'm a month in to this Crossfit stuff and, not bragging, I was in tremendous shape when I started.

It has kicked my ass. Every. Single. Session.

This is the most legitimately challenging routine that I have ever followed, ever, and by far the most fun and rewarding.

But christ, some days it's hard to get my bag together and show up.

You know if you didn't show up, they might just show up on your doorstep and make you come back to the gym anyway. Having fun and feel its rewarding makes it easier to bear the rougher days.

No wonder you're sore. CrossFit is about as insane as it gets but it's put me in the best shape I've ever been in and I've always weight trained and boxed. It is a whole different level of intensity but I've never been bored with it. Personally, I kinda like the hurt afterwards. Let's me know I pushed myself. Stick with it man, you won't regret it.

We could. Soon. It would give the maid's a break anyways. I don't they are used to such a rough and tumble man.

Her eyes were warm, dark, a hint of mischief in her grin.

I however, enjoy that most. When days later I still feel the imprint of you on my skin.
