The Mansion

A quick trip downstairs to pour myself a drink. Jack on the rocks. I take the drink to the back porch. Watching the sunset brought an extra bit of serenity to the end of my day. There are days when the sun goes down I am completely happy the day and how it went. There are days I feel like I haven't accomplished as much as I would like to. Not enough hours in the day? Did I utilize my time wisely? Did I enjoy my day even if I accomplished next to nothing? And who decides what nothing is?

I do. And today was a good day.
