The Mall

I could see the tears building up in Jez's eye so i leaned forward to hug her.

"You don't have to be ashamed of your parents", i said, "I'm not going to be pushed away from you because your parents are divorced, because that has nothing to do with our relationship. Look at the positive side, thanks to your drawing, you have now managed to get a boyfriend in the record time of one hour, fifty seven minutes and....", i took a quick look at my watch, "forty two seconds!"

I brought her face in front of mine and smiled at her.

I smiled at him. I had never felt better about life than I had at that moment.

"Okay," I said with a laugh,"No more worrying. I promise. Now, didnt we have a couple of movies to watch and some popcorn to pop? I could use a dose of unreality about now."

Not that reality wasnt shaping up to be pretty sweet right about now. Before we got off his bed, though I put my hand on his arm and said,"You know you're quite a guy dont you. I sure feel lucky right about now."
 
"I'm the lucky one" i replied with a smile.

We went downstairs and i flicked the tv on. I busied myself in the kitchen doing the popcorn and getting drinks before settling down with Jez on the sofa.

She put the action movie in so i settled down and tried to act surprised when someone died, or something big happened. To be honest, i don't thing she was paying much attention to the movie since all the way through, while i had my arm around her she was smiling with contentment and hanging onto my every word. A couple of times i caught her looking at me and gave her a peck on the forehead or on the lips.

Too soon the movie was over and, if anyone had asked me what had happened, I wouldnt have been able to answer them. All I could think about was how close he was to me and then he would kiss me. Not passionate kisses but enough to tell me I was special to him.

The second movie was in and, again, I dont have an idea about what happened. I am going to have to rent them again sometime just to be able to say I watched them.

When that one was over I looked up at Dave and sighed,"I guess it's time for all good girls to go home. I really had a terrific time. You're the best. Thats all I can say."
 
"Do you have to go home?" i replied. "If you really hate going home that much you can stay here."

She looked at bit doubtful so i quickly spoke "Well could you at least stay for dinner? Just call and pretend you're eating out or something."

I thought about it a moment. Mom would never realize that I was gone. And I didnt feel like getting into an argument of who was right between her and dad.

Sitting back down, I nodded,"Okay, I'll stay. But on one condition. You let me treat. Go call up your favorite delivery place and lets get dinner started. I am kind of hungry at that."
 
"Alrighty then!" i smiled and went through the numerous delivery menu's i'd acquired for when my parents were away.

"How about chinese?" I placed the order on the phone and settled back down on the sofa. A basketball match was showing on tv so we watched that for a bit until the delivery arrived. Before she could get up i jumped up and ran to the door to make sure she couldn't pay.

"Hey!," I called as he raced to the door. I knew why he wanted to get there before me and I ran after him. I was just a little bit too late though because when I got there, he was just closing the door and had his arms full of food.

I playfully punched his arm before helping him with the food into the kitchen. While I set the table, he put out the food and soon we were sitting across from each other eating some of the best Chinese food I have ever tasted.

"You certiantly know your delivery places," I kidded him,"You must give me your list of resturants sometime."
 
"I'll take you there one by one! I think you'd prefer that"

After we had stuffed our faces i wasn't really sure what to do next. The night was still young and we'd already watched both movies, so i decided to leave the decision to Jez

"Hey we still got a couple of hours left before bedtime. What does Jez and her sexy butt want to do?"

We were finishing up dishes when he asked what to do next-I didnt think it was right to leave them for his mom. I handed him the last plate and let the water drain from the sink. I laughed out loud about his comment and bumped him with my hip.

"Hummm...well how about some video games? I'm pretty good and I bet I could beat you at any game you name. It's one of my passions next to drawing."

I looked at him with a raised eyebrow and challenge in my eyes.
 
"That's rich!" i joked, "A girl who can play games? Come on then!"

With that i hooked up the playstation.

"Ok why don't we make it more interesting?" i said, "Loser forfeits?"

My eyes flashed at the challenge. Gone was the shy girl who couldnt say two words to anyone. I had totally become the person I used to be before my parent's divorce.

Grabbing the other controler, I looked at Dave with a smile. "Your on, Mister!," I said with a laugh,"But dont say I didnt warn you."

With that I sat back as he flipped on the game and we were off. It was so invigorating. We kidded and laughed at each other-totally at ease. I played the best I have ever played. I had to Dave was GOOD! When the game finally ended quite a bit latter, he had won-but barely. I had made him work for his victory.

Looking at him, all smug and everything I gave him a push and laughed. "Ok," I said,"You win. Name your price."
 
I rubbed my hands together and grinned with glee.
"Now the burning issue here is how far will you go? For example i could just ask you to cook breakfast tomorrow. If i was feeling really evil i could ask you to help me clean up my room!" I paused dramactically for effect

"But since i'm a nice guy i'm gonna do something for you."
"How about you let me kiss you and let me practice my massaging skills? I've been told i'm very good at it!"

"Well I didnt bring my car, so we get to go on my bike," Richard said.

"Sounds good to me," I said standing up. He grabbed my hand and he lead me out of the mall to where his bike was parked.

Seeing that david and jez were long gone,we might as well leave too.I tossed my CD's id purchased in my leather side pouch.I handed her my extra helmet."Its the law," I informed her.I put on my helmet and she got on behind me,"Hold on tight," i said as I started it up...

I put on the helmet and climbed on the bike behind Richard.

"Hold on tight," he said as he started the bike. I wrapped my arms around him, already loving the ride, even though we hadn't gotten out of the parking lot yet.

I put my finger on my chin and looked at him through narrowed eyes, though I could not keep a smile from my face. "Lets see, you passed up letting me poison you or *gasp* making me dredge up the past in your room."

Shrugging, I laughed,"And now you are telling me you are going to be a nice guy? I seem to remember a conversation where a certain someone I met today told me he could be 'quite naughty'. I believe those were your exact words."

"But since I am in a giving mood. I guess a kiss and allowing you to massage me would work." I tried to keep the laughter from my voice. I was teasing him and he knew it. Then, just to tease him a bit more I stuck my cheek out for him to kiss instead of my lips.
 
She playfully stuck out her cheek.
"That's not good enough!" Pulling her towards me i engaged her lips with a deep kiss, gently exploring her mouth with my toungue before she pushed her toungue back in response.

Unwillingly i broke the kiss and motioned for her to sit on the floor with her back to the sofa. I went over to the steroe to put on some relaxing music and settled on the sofa behind her.

Man, this felt so good! I dont know what he was talking about needing practice, as far as I was concerned, he could go professional right now.

I felt my neck and shoulder muscles loosen under his fingers and I knew why he was so valuable to his team. Anyone with hands this great would be able to make a ball do anything he wanted it to. As far as that went, he could ask me to do just about anything right now and I would.

I kissed him and smiled.
"I'll call you when I am done," I said and he stepped out and closed the door. I shook my head as I realized what I was doing and then again as I realized how much I wanted to do it.
