Well I completed the Milton Keynes half Marathon on Sunday.....and I am still in a bit of pain.........

I am not sure where I cam in terms of placings as the results have not yet been published yet, but in terms of finishing times I thought I did really well. I completed the 13.1 mile course in 1 hour and 40 minutes.....and the course record set by an International Running Champion is 1 hour 11minutes........so I am so chuffed with myself.

I hope each and everyone of you has a fantastic day.

As I said, I was absolutely ecstatic with not only finishing the Marathon, but by breaking two hours aswell. I always said that if I can do it under two hours, I would be so chuffed and I did....and I was......
