1) Get some sleep after working all night
2) Go swimming for exercise
3) Wash and wax car (blimmin' needs it - it is filthy!!!)
4) Wash bike. Polish paintwork on bike. Polish chrome bits on bike. Seal chrome bits on bike.
5) At some point I need to find time to eat something.
6) Collapse into bed.

Phew!!! I am tired just thinking about it!!!!
