Waves at Raven. In fact it is the wrong 1 O'Clock for me. But My sleep has been fucked up for months so I have little enough to say about that. Yesterday was horrible.

I'm sorry to hear that. I have been hopeing that your sleep patterns would find some sort of normalization sooner than later.

He shrugs. Well, I can deal with it to an extent. I've actually got nothing going on in my life this summer, so that's part of it-little reason to get up in the mornings, except when I was traveling and things were fairly standard.
One thing I'm doing is going a week without coffee. I'm also getting away from the melatonin I was taking to help me sleep. Two nights ago I thought I'd mix it up by taking a Unisom to help me sleep...but the end result is that I was absolutely fucking groggy all day yesterday. It was a pain in the ass. Didn't wear off until like 9 PM. But I'm cutting my caffeine intake for the week, and have decided to avoid taking anything to help me sleep stronger than a benedryl.
I can't complain too much, though. As I said, I've got nothing to do until next month, really. So I might as well just settle into sleeping whenever I feel like it.
