Nods and sighs, glancing at his thread. Well, I am going to try and write something for my thread tonight. He feels a bit tired, but not truly sleepy. He sits up a bit more, peeking at it.

Well, when I get some inspiration for what I want to write, at least.

Life has been keeping me busy lately, not letting me write as much I would like lately. I just thought I would leave my thoughts and say I've not forgotten those I meet and spent time with in the Lounge. Maybe I can come back around sometime again.

tries to stay in noticed as she retrieves the rose, holding it to her nose inhales the sweet scent, then notices the feather and lifts it to her eyes looking carefully to its length and stiffness, a smile a mile wide She hides and coverts the two items and she slips to the chair and quietly returns to writing..pausing at points to look at her treasures. and smile..

Deciding to get something written tonight, no matter how crappy it is, he drops down into a large seat and stretches his legs out. He pulls out his laptop and gets started typing away, mulling over how to approach the next scene. He does have a few good ideas.

Not to bad drill tomorrow going to be fun waking up three hours after i normally go to bed. Don't tell anyone this but sometimes you just need to put anything down to get the creative juices flowing. Then comes the good stuff or the cheese but you never know till you look back at it.

Yeah, sometimes the key to writing is just to write. Just type away and see what comes up, then go back and edit out as much of the crap as possible. It seems to be working tonight. I'm letting myself get a bit distracted, though. Smirks a bit.

And yeah, you have a fun morning. I've gotten lazier and lazier about my mornings, of late. It goes back to when I was taking sleep aids-I'd wake up in the morning sleepy. It's better now that I just take a melatonin at night.

I find as a DM that sometimes my best setups come from three hairs off of where I thought I was going. When feeling uninspired and just moving the story on one slow step at a time, as long as you don't stop something will come of it. The only question is will the muse smile down on you or poop on your head,

And Melatonin is way better for you than many of the sleep aids. I have other friends who take it too.

Yeah, it's certainly natural. Your body naturally knows how to purge melatonin, so I don't wake up as sleepy as normal. It doesn't quite work as quickly, though. But eeesh, yeah. That's a difficult transition to make, losing six solid hours. Nods. Good luck with that.
