Found in the library of Miskatonic University only recently is a mapof an island in the South Pacific thought lost for the ages. On the back are some crude navigational notes and the chilling words of those who were last on the island….
The temple of the deep one exists and it is brimming with gold and plunder for the taking. Hostile worshippers and monsters guard the gates but if you have the balls and the brains it can all be yours…..beware the evil and the greed. If you don’t die you shall be a wealthy man. The darkness closes in around me now and adventure is a young man’s game.

OOC: Well people there are no doubt I love adventures in this Era....Cthulhu and the 1920's. Now you all want to join and expedition that at best is high risk with a distinct chance of dying if your lucky and you survive possible going insane. On the plus side you can perhaps stave off evil for a short time and if you do make it you can sit in a mental hospital dreaming of all your gold waiting for you once you’re well. I figure it will take a freighter full of adventurers with their helpers to give you a sporting chance so don’t feel limited. Create more then one character and you will need everything from sailors and longshoremen to soldiers and scientists and everything else you need to survive and Indiana Jones style adventure. Are you familiar with the genre? If not there plenty of info on the net and ask me…So bring picks, shoves, rope and plenty of ammunition. Recruits meet at the Pilot House Restaurant and Pub near the water front. There is a private room there with its own bar and staff. There is much to discuss. For one bold soul you can be the captain of the ship and even design it. It is a long haul from The New England area to the Pacific.
