The Lit Poets' Holiday Limerick Wish Thread

Write a limerick to a lit poet and add a holiday wish to that person. Here's the hook--the next poster must write for the previous one. So, whoever posts after me has to write a limerick for uh me.

Try it. It'll only take a minute and you'll feel good doing it. Well not great, but it's better than a poke in the eye...

A Lit. poet named Angeline
Dressed for Christmas in red 'n green
She was very sure
That she could be pure
But ended up being obscene

I am not sure that I believe
the things I have heard about Eve
She called S.P. a dickhead
But that's because she's wicked
And not because she is naive

You guys are a bunch of jerks!
You write faster than this fish works
Try hard as I can
I'm a fish not a man
So Merry Christmas anyway perks!

I cannot do more you may guess
I missed Champagne and tristesse
I cannot type quicker
I'm off to my liquor
If I can't do more, I'll do less.

i fell in a doorway and scratched my chest
they said, man we just gotta say,
it sure is lookin pretty gray
and i looked at Ange, Perks, Ryb, Dmass, Lin, Ice, Eve, Maria, Lauren and Tess. (et al)


and i said "happy christmas all and to all a good night."
