The Lets Be Random Thread

Until recently I've been absorbed in dusty philosophical works, reading everything that is recommended (or as much as I can tolerate). But now after philosophical inquiries regarding the menial existence of my life, I want to read books that address the more general purpose of life. Now, I'm not looking for books that address the, oh so popular notion of death or meaninglessness (is that even..), but rather the right way for a human being to live it's live correctly. Now some would say that because of the ingrained nihilistic appearance of daily life this would be pointless. Now, I'll be needing a book (books) that addresses the purpose of human relationships, the seeking of adventure, knowledge, emotional upheaval or depression and such.
