this is a site i've been frequenting since i found it online about a year and a half ago. it's an outstanding source and forum for gay artists to showcase thier work.
i've hotlinked and used images for avatars lots of times and its a good place to go if you're interested in art with a focus on homosexuality.
my current av is a Richard Taddei painting entitled "Achilles and Patroklas" .

The site itself is a wealth of figure studies and life drawings and as a bonus has an amazing links section to paths to about 40 or 50 other artists and online galleries!
