The lawyer

For this story, I think the sex of the characters would steer the story, so I'll leave it genderless, and let you guys fill in the blanks.
A lawyer shows up a day or so after their older clients passing. The client didn't quite trust their new spouse who has an adult child living at home, to know how to deal with the fortune they were leaving, so thinking it prudent the client left the lawyer with a power of attorney, with the only stipulation that their family is well seen to. Housing, vehicles, college, spending cash, etc.

It is clear from the get-go that the lawyer is in complete control of the finances and thus their client's dependents.

Whether the lawyer is a man or a woman, the power imbalance could make for a great story. The spouse and their child will be spending some time on their knees, for certain.
"Well, my lovely little fuck-toys, whatever shall we do today?"

Well...ahem.

The way I would like to read it is that the lawyer is a woman, in her 40's and a cougar. She knows what she wants and has no issue acquiring it.

The surviving spouse, also a woman, was somewhat sheltered, sexually speaking. And because her former husband had a long term health issue before he passed, hasn't felt "relief" in a long, long time.

Her son, a Freshman at college, is currently in school across the country. So mom is on her own when she goes to meet the lawyer. The lawyer likes what she see's in the widow, close in age to herself. The widow appears to have a similarly curvy body as the lawyer, but hides it under frumpy clothing. The lawyer invites her out for shopping, then a night on the town. She states its in the will, that her former husband wanted her to live her life for a change and find a "mentor" to help her blossom after all these years.

But it's not in the will, is it? She just swallows the lawyers line because it sounds intriguing to her.

So, shopping, dining, drinking and dancing all go splendidly. Lawyer takes her home and completes the turn.

Several weeks later, sonny boy finally comes home. He's amazed at his "new" mom. Can't keep his eyes off her. He and mom go to meet with lawyer and she's impressed by two things; his good looks and the fact that he can't keep his eyes off his mom. Lawyer recognizes the pull. She even watches in amazement as mom (subconsciously) responds to her sons attention.

Lawyer meets with son alone, turns him. Then works on a plan for the three of them to come together.

Hmmm...I may have to run with this one.

I’d say it would be fun if the lawyer never is explicit with their demands. Like the terms of the trust seem fine on paper…it’s only the family’s failings that turn it to something lewd.

For example:

To continue receiving payments from the trust, family member must be gainfully employed or have a child whose father has an annual salary of at least X amount of dollars. Well with the money gone their rich friends walk away. Additionally, they’d have to prove to the lawyer who the father is and they are on a deadline sooooo…Lawyer finds two of the ex-wives bouncing in his lap and his client’s spoiled daughter warming his bed at night.

For example:

My lawyers ethics might be a little questionable. She's going to insert a 'condition' or two that the client might not have intended for his wife.
