It's a part of the 'apple and pear' family of fruit. Grown, I believe, primarily for it's flowers but it is edible.

I know a lot of random and, mostly, useless things, and I think I've heard of a quince, but I wouldn't know one if I saw it.
I was just telling someone else today that, at least after they've been in the ground for a couple hundred years, bones will stick to your tongue.

I hated geometry. Every single day sitting in that class, over and over, I just thought I am never going to use a single goddamned thing I learn in this class.
And outside of Jeopardy or something, I haven't.
