QUESTION: Please read the following thread concept and tell me your opinions about it.

QUESTION: Would you join it?

CONCEPT: It's set in a place called Darwin City, where a group of students at the university are extraordinary...They are Superheroes...They end up working togethor, never revealing their identities, even though some are good friends.

Basically it's kinda like Smallville, but set in Darwin City, the basis is you choose a superhero from both DC or Marvel, combine them and then tweak them so they are between 18 and 22, at uni (or at least in the city).

For example my character is going to be a cross between the Question and Shadowcat.

Other examples include a Jubilee type character, perhaps even a Nightwing type character.

Yes basically it's an Amalgam universe lol.





So....Opinions?

I'm shocked. That actually sounds like a good idea. Provided you get rid of the WF anyway. No one should be allowed to cross Superman or Batman with anyone. And Dark Claw was just retarded.

Though now I kind of want to give a Hulk Lantern a try.

Serious Hulk With a Green Lantern Ring?

Yeah sure, just dumb the powers down an extreme bit, not enough to destroy it completely, but, you know...

Maybe it's the ring that turns him into a green hulking figure wearing space like clothes, and the ring has to be charged occasionally/reacts to his basic instincts???

Actually I was gonna go with it being a normal Ring and Hulking out jsut reduces the charge life. So he still needs to do the battery thing every twentyfour hours.

And merely on the principal that he's already green we were gonna keep him sane when he hulks out until he goes a little too off kilter then it's no ring powers but he's actually the hulk now.

Sounds interesting. Do you want to know what our two heroes are, or should we mix them, post a bio, and let readers and writers figure out who we are based on?

Hmmm, sounds interesting. If you're still looking for players when I get back online, I may be interested in doing a Raven/Angel character or maybe Cyborg/Wolverine, unless any of these chars are already taken. Raven/Angel would be a male and named Black Falcon. Cyborg/Wolverine would be a sort of science experiment with living, super-regenerative flesh over a robotic skeleton with three claws in each arm. Sort of like Terminator, but with several differences. His name would be Slayerborg at first, until he is able to overcome his programming and becomes good. Then he changes his name to Cyberclaw.

Also, I leave tomorrow morning! I'm so excited! I'll be online for a little bit later on today, then I won't be on again for who knows how many days. I'll be starting work on Friday, and I'm gonna be working like a dog to get as many hours as possible before the end of the pay period. Anyway, see you all real soon!

Thanks. If allowed to play both, I think I'd like to have Black Falcon as a sort of anti-hero to start, then he gradually shifts from Chaotic Good to Lawful Good. Then, maybe have Slayerborg as the person he's after in the beginning or something.
