Tony strolled back into his office, The meeting had gone well he felt a degree of satisfaction at getting the budget passed for a whole range of new IT equipment as he was congratulating himself he stopped in his tracks "shit the bloody screen saver didnt come on". I sat at my desk for what seemed like an eternity. I knew my pictures where out there for all to see. I never thought i would come across some one who was looking at them. I just looked at my computer screen and all I saw was my own reflection.
My phone rang,snapping me back to where I was,work.
Someone was having a minor problem with their system, but they thought the world was comming to an end. They could not retrieve some documents. I walked them through their problem and they felt like I just saved their world.
I was documenting what I did when I heard the door to Tony's office open. I tried not to look up at him as he came in my direction. I kept busy with my computer when I heard him ask "Anna could you come into my office I would like to have a word with you."
My heart started racing. I felt my face flushing. My thoughts going in different directions. Does he know? He has never asked me into his office before. He must know.
Looking up at him over my glasses I compossed myself enough to say," Yes Mr Marshall I will be right there. I just have one more item to enter here."
I saved my information. He was just a few feet away waiting for me. I stood up. As usual I had on a conservative buisness suit. Black skirt that just flowed straight down over me. Tony watched Anna as she walked into his office he ushered her to sit down at the table as the side of his office. He then walked to his desk picked up a file and joined Anna at the table . He sat opposite her ,he always did this with people, he could assess them better that way and at the same time ensure they were giving him thier full attention.

"Anna you have been with us for 6 months now, you have kept your head down and done your work to the best of your ability. I may not have had much contact with you on a day to day basis but i have noticed your efforts, As a result of this i have decided to give you a project to manage with me, It requires you full attention and descrection is needed at all times.

At that point the phone rang "Excuse me for a moment Anna" Tony walked over to his desk and answered the phone.

Tony walked a few steps behind Anna as she made her way to his office. He directed her to a table that was set to one side in the room.
Anna could not help but to take a peek at his computer screen. It was turned just enough for her to see it was just the screen saver on. Anna's eyes followed Tony as he walked back from his desk. Hoping that her nervousness did not show. Inside her stomach was doing flips.
Tony sat opposite from her. She tried looking him right in the eyes but it was more like she was looking through him.
Tony spoke first " Anna you have been here six months now......"

Anna almost let his words go in one ear and out the other when she heard "give you a project to manage....."
Anna's eyes were now fixed on his. A wave of calmness replaced her nervousness.
Tony excused himself to answer the phone.
Anna no longer sat stiff in her seat. She relaxed more knowing her job was safe.
Then another thought entered her mind. Work with Tony closely on this project, what if.....?
Tony's conversation was short. Anna heard him click off his phone. He returned to his seat across from her.
" Mr Marshall, thank you for the opportunity to work with you as a project manager. I can not express how excited I am. I will give you 110%. I hope I can live up to your expectations."
Anna kept one word going through her mind.....discretion.......

Tony smiled as he spoke

We are gettting some new IT equipment and i want an invetory of the software on all the computers, As a result of this i will give you the administrator password that will get you onto all the computers, I would like you to setupan an excell sheet to detail everything on all the pcs if you find something that shouldnt be there document it but no one but myself should know if you find anything that is why descretion is needed.

As he was speaking Tony remembered the pictures of that woman he had been looking at he must make sure he cleaned his pc it wouldnt be right for Anna to find something on his pc. Tony looked at his watch it was nearly time for him to leave he couldnt wait to get home and look at that woman again. I might even make a request of her he thought.

I will do what ever it takes to complete the project to the best of my ability Mr Marshall, I mean Tony.
It felt strange to call him Tony even though I refer to him as Tony outside the office.

Anna made some notes as Tony explained the project.

Need to put a password on the Excel Spreadsheet so no one else can open it, Anna wrote as a note.
Will need the Administrative Password.

"This sounds like something I can do without to much trouble Tony" Anna said smiling. " Thank you again for the chance to work with you"

Tony glanced at his watch "Well Anna now you know what i want from you do you have any questions ? If not you can get yourself off home."
Anna looked him right in the eyes. " The only questions I have is When do we start? I made a note to myself to get the Administrative password from you. Oh..does this project just involve this office area or does it involve travel to our other locations?"
" I hope you don't mind if I have other questions as the project moves on I am sure I will have some."
Anna felt relaxed enough to sit across from Tony with her legs crossed. Funny how a situation could go from doom to exhilaration in just a few moments.

Tony answered Anna's questions.

Anna stood up and walked to the door. She turned and Tony was still looking at her, " Thank you again Tony."

Anna cleared her desk and made her way home. One item made her nervous. What if she finds what Tony had on his computer. Then she assured herself that he would know how to clear all the files.
