The Isolated Political Blurt Thread

Ever notice how the ONLY religion that liberal Democrats respect is Islam?

Liberals generally HATE Christianity and Christian values, unless those Christians are black and support Al Sharpton & Jesse Jackson.

Liberals also are increasingly anti-Semitic, in that they despise Israel even MORE than they despise the United States!

President Obama & Eric Holder both REFUSED to refer to the recent terror attack in France as "Islamic terrorism," despite the fact that EVERYBODY knows that that's what it was!

Also, Obama pointedly REFUSED to march with the 50+ world leaders who gathered in Paris to protest that ISLAMIC terror attack!

Keep praying, liberals (to Allah!)

zumi, they had their own little private march-

We cannot expect worldleaders to lead a protest march, consisting of grubby nobodies!

After all, they are not Charlie Hebdo. They are acceptable, to be presented to the Queen of England!

"Bremmer, a US political scientist and founder of the Eurasia Group, said: “All those world leaders: Not exactly ‘at’ the Paris rallies.” Another US commentator, Gerry Hassan, called the leaders’ contribution “pseudo-solidarity”.

Just wondered what are the most overused memes on the Internet today. Great, got it ..thanks.

"The killing of 17 victims in 3 despicable terrorist acts this week prompted a unity march of 1.5 million people including 40 world leaders in Paris. Well done.

Maybe it’s just me but did anyone else hear about Nigeria? 2000 civilians including women and children were massacred by terrorists this week.

Can somebody tell me why nobody is marching for those victims? Any world leaders planning a trip to Lagos or Abuja this week? Too busy? Bad flight connections?

Just asking. Imagine the statement we could make.”

"...when ISIS came to their village, they gathered the women and said, “We are dirty, give us a bath in the hammam[3]”. The women who refused were killed immediately. Those who accepted had to go with ISIS. In another village, beautiful women were selected and sold to people coming from Saudi Arabia for 130 US dollars. Around 2000 women, from 19 villages, were taken for ISIS members. Thousands of Ezidi women were raped and thousands sold as slaves in Arabia."

Nothing has gone right for Barack Obama since his second term began.

Every month it's another blunder. Most recently, it was the president's refusal to go to Paris for that nation's biggest protest march in French history, attended by leaders from all over the world, opposing terrorism. The administration now says they simply didn't know it was going to be that big a deal.

Apparently, the president was busy watching the NFL playoffs and didn't want to be interrupted. This is the kind of thing that happens when you elect a community organizer to be your nation's commander-in-chief.

History will not remember this president kindly.

Hundreds of Yezidi women and girls have had their lives shattered by the horrors of sexual violence and sexual slavery in IS captivity,” said Donatella Rovera, Amnesty International’s Senior Crisis Response Advisor, who spoke to more than 40 former captives in northern Iraq.

The women and girls are among thousands of Yezidis from the Sinjar region in north-west Iraq who have been targeted since August in a wave of ethnic cleansing by IS fighters bent on wiping out ethnic and religious minorities in the area.

It sure seems like a big deal to Ted Cruz.

So why wasn't Ted Cruz there?

phrodeau, it seems to me, that someone gave President Obama a truer picture of what was planned by the bigwigs.

In my eyes, President Obama's final decision not to take part in that farce of a photo-op, was a good one.

The bigwigs did not join the millions in the solidarity march. They may have been on a Paris street...

"...there was a large security presence maintaining a significant gap with the throngs of other marchers."

A question has been raised about those who took part in the "private solidarity march,"-

How many of them allow freedom of the press, freedom of expression, in their own countries ?

Displaced Iraqi Christians and Yazidis settle at diocese of Zakho, 300 miles northwest of Baghdad, Iraq, Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014. Islamic extremists shot 80 Yazidi men to death in Iraq, lining them up in small groups and opening fire with assault rifles before abducting their wives and children, officials and eyewitnesses reported Saturday. *gsgs comment- I am guessing that no one asked the people who survived the attack, about how to spell the name of their clan.*

Not only that, but the RWNJ brigade would have been screaming bloody murder about the President's European vacation that cost $4 billion per day.

A decade ago, Republicans in Congress were renaming French fries “freedom fries” and French toast “freedom toast” because of that country’s refusal to support the Iraq war. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld belittled the “old Europe” French, President George W. Bush mocked an American reporter for speaking French to the French president, and conservative critics called the French “weasels,” “appeasers” and worse. John Kerry, the 2004 Democratic presidential nominee, was ridiculed by the Bush administration for being “too French” and looking French, and his fluency in French was a liability in the campaign.

And now, that very same Monsieur Kerry, the secretary of state, and his boss, President Obama, are being condemned by conservatives for . . . not being nice enough to the French.

Quelle horreur!

Sending the President across the ocean on 36 hours’ notice to an open-air rally of hundreds of thousands of people was never a possibility, for security and logistical reasons.

David Cameron went - but he is not of Head of State. Her Majesty the Queen is. The Queen could not make such a trip at short notice.

David Cameron may be our Prime Minister, but he is expendable. There are others within his own party and in other parties who want to replace him in our May elections.

We also have expendable "leaders." We call them Uncle Joe Biden and John "Swift Boat" Kerry.

Kerry had the nerve to be in meetings in India on Sunday. It doesn’t matter that he had signed a condolence book at the French Embassy (as did Obama) or that he’ll be in Paris on Thursday and Friday, at the end of his current trip.

I agree that Biden could have gone, after all the closest he got to Paris was dining at the French restaurant Le Diplomate in Washington on the night of the attack. At least Attorney General Eric Holder, already in Paris, might have dropped by.

As it turns out though, the "solidarity march" of leaders included more than a few who have their own unique relationship with free speech.

Studying the 1905 Russian revolution: wow!

I always thought the revolutionaries were so heavily Jewish because Jews produce intellectuals. It was actually a full on ethnic/religious terror war, something like the Chechens vs the Russians today. Government-initiated pogroms on one side, assassinations and bombings on the other. What a crazy era.
