My first PM contact with Arte was nine years ago today. Hard to imagine a bigger difference between extremely casual initial decision and life-changing result arising from that decision.

Sometimes...it's just "right"... :rose:

Unbelievably glad you sent that PM, husband. It's been nine years full of adventure, and I can't wait for more. :rose:

July was a really good month for me. Looking forward to what I can make for August to wrap up the traditional summer.

Really pissed at myself for missing a show last week when I had all the time to catch it, though. Lesson learned: make hay when the sun shines.

I'm happy you had such a good July. :) ❤️

I think I am feeling very aware of how important that haymaking is. Rain turns up unwanted.

I'm re-realizing how much we lose on by not being proactive about even basic things. It's not even about being in a hurry or whatever, it's just making the best of your time when you have time. Mind you, I was being very forward about eliminating this bad habit for this summer, but I wasn't thorough enough, unfortunately.

A gallery show featuring your fave runs for about two weeks and you figure you have all the time in the world to get there, so you stay casual. Enjoying being in the moment. Then it ain't there. Ugggh.

However, I met many goal metrics this month, I'm in that good zone. My previous summers were baloney sandwiches compared to the stacked Dagwood I'm eatin' right now! :D

Ah!
An anniversary.

Wrong Element and lovely Arte, together.

Congrats!

The new age of love, and electrons.

I wonder about those texts....where they meant for me? Accident? Very peculiar. Must Nancy Drew this.

I am ready for 4PM on Friday.

Small consolation that I get to leave early today, though.

I'm ready to be on vacation.

Worked out on Sunday, I was embarrassed that my gym shorts kept sliding down over my hips on the treadmill. I thought I might've put on some old "fat Rob" shorts, nope these weren't XL, they were large.

Bought a pair of medium workout shorts and they fit perfectly. I haven't worn anything "medium" since I was eight years old!

First world problems, I know.

Good for you!

One summer a billion years ago (I was married at the time) I was visiting the Eaton Center on vacation and there was a sale at Harry Rosen.

My wife picked out a very nice short sleeved shirt on the Sale table but it was Size M....I had worn XL since I was about 19.

To my amazement, it fit...it's a good feeling!
