i could probably manage on 5 straight hours of few dreams and no disturbances... it's the broken nature that messes me up so bad. tonight imma gonna have the fan on - he'll just have to huddle under the covers or sit up and write
between 55 and 70-75 i'm good. high 80's, high humidity, ugh. bits of me try to spread out to create a larger skin area to cool better. doesn't seem to workYes. I am within my temperature comfort zone ATM. But smiled when a friend. Isitinv from Texas complained it was too hot in uk this weekI have quite a narrow zone of temperature comfort. I like neither to be cold nor to sweat. I admit that I was sweating yesterday.

and the fluid retention? oh boy - even in the UK, in the summer, my fingers and legs/ankles seem to swell though they go back to normal as soon as it's cool. exactly! though i'll happily swap the masseuse for a bit of the snowy stuff

that was so good on the wraps you made last night! that pork tenderloin, all spicy and super tender, in that hot sauce, the cold, fresh tomatoes and onions and beans? awesomeness.
and, sans beans, it made a great cold breakfast wrap, too, with a thick wedge of chilled cantaloupe!
