I understand completely. That's why they're a blessing and a curse. I'm looking forward to feeling better. I am more tired and achier than I ever remember being. Where's that Swedish masseuse when you need one?

I have been skipping my dynamic meditations recently, no oomph for an hour of dynamism and keeping up with life but my yoga teacher showed me an alternative option this week that I can do in thirteen minute intervals. It's not as great, but it's better than nothing
