Time to break out the melatonin.

Did that for literally years, that was my regular sleep schedule.
Got a prescription for Temazepam, and it's been 8 hrs sleep, every night, no middle of the night wakeups. Does wonders for your health and disposition!

When you get right down to it, print and broadcast journalists really are nothing more than professional busybodies and gossips. They produce nothing that has the slightest value to humanity. They make noise. They're more akin to carnival barkers. Most of 'em are frustrated dictators who'd like nothing better than to have the rest of us goose-stepping to their orders.
