Bluefish ice cream, is churned dairy based. I just cannot. Just no.

But, sweetened salmon put into unweetened ice cream has possibilities.

how lovely it is, today, to wake up and not have to be anywhere, go any place, and only have to sort out my own stuff. still doing quite a bit indoors, but mentally so relaxing

I am pulling stuff out of the corners and spring cleaning. That stage where everything looks SO MUCH WORSE! It's such a peaceful weather day after yesterday, and cold but clean feeling, so a good day for airing.

yesterday was pretty dire down south, much worse further north. even so there were over 200 incidents yesterday of trees toppling over and wind-blown debris causing all manner of delays on the rail lines in and out of london. customers were scarce, takings were dire, and the unlocked front door was permanently ajar from the non-stop wind which meant leaves, twigs and wrappers from outside kept blowing in and even with the heating full on i was cold. HATE a draught!

yeah, a lot quieter today but the brightness have disappeared here, just cold and grey.
