:) yeah, thought it would be too blurry. it's a chair in the red light district with rather than a person on it, a packet of Oreos.

It made me giggle and giggle. It really was the only thing on a chair that got be very excited. I like a crunchy cookie ( the stuff is not it for me, it's that dark crunch)
Well at least it was a creme-filled cookie.

Got an urgent call from my homeowners association this morning.

The police caught three armed burglars (wearing ski masks!) breaking into the house directly across the street from me. They parked in front of my house. Told me I should go home and check for signs of forced entry at my place.

The bad guys were two 19 year old guys and an 18 year old girl.

Went home to check, nothing disturbed. Got to watch them tow the getaway car.

Negative. A VERY fuzzy roller.

it's my OWN dining room. Refreshing the look - WAS crimson... will be taupe-ish.:)

Ugh. Disregard previous advice. Will not work if someone has previously painted the popcorn.

... now my advice is to re-rock the ceiling. . .

The OSHA will be there to shut the job down before its half done.

FYP.

I have this 1960s company house it had had a number of previous abusive occupants and bad drywall repairs.. I repaired the bad repairs, retextured and repainted before turning the house back over to the company. I had some time on my hands so I did it.

When I handed in the keys they could put a tenant in that afternoon.

Because of fear of lead paint, the company came in and ripped out all of the sheetrock and replaced it. Despite the fact that the recommendation is to encapsulate the paint not remove it. Removing it is more hazardous and tends to leave lead residue

Thanks for "advice"...

I am retired from owning a small renovation contractor business. ;)

I got this.
